In this paper, we presented a novel technique called extended modified auxiliary equation mapping technique, which we used to analyze the combined Chen-Lee-Liu derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation (MCLL-NLSE) analytically. With the help of three parameters, we were able to use our proposed method to produce newer, broader sets of exact solutions, including bright, periodic, semi half bright, dark, combined, semi half dark, doubly periodic, doubly bright, half bright, and half dark. This is the main distinction between our method and others currently in use. To develop the theoretical fluid dynamics, nonlinear fiber optics, electromagnetism, mathematical physics, bio-mathematics, soliton dynamics, plasma physics, industrial studies, quantum mechanics, nuclear physics and many other natural and physical sciences has been greatly impacted by recently discovered solutions. We have presented the newly discovered solutions in graphs in various dimensions using Mathematica 10.4 to provide a better clear picture of the dynamic properties of the solutions. Additionally, we conducted stability tests on the obtained solutions and presented them as a table.

Mining can provide abundant resources, but it also causes heavy metal wastewater pollution, which poses a serious threat to aquatic ecosystems. In this study, Cypridopsis vidua was used as the test organism to investigate the single and combined acute toxicity of common heavy metals (such as chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni)) in mining wastewater. Then, a random forest model (RF model) was used to predict the combined toxicity of chromium and nickel. Single acute toxicity experiments showed that the 96 h-LC(50 )values of the Cr and Ni for Cypridopsis vidua were 0.81 mg/L and 4.3 mg/L, respectively. aCr was more toxic than Ni. Furthermore, the combined acute toxicity experiments demonstrated that the toxicity of Cr-Ni was higher than Ni but lower than Cr. The predicted results of the RF model were highly consistent with the experimental results of the Cr-Ni combined acute toxicity. So, the model has accurate toxicity prediction ability.

摘要:
The purpose of this study is to explore the thermal damage of microwave to atherosclerotic plaques in order to achieve the purpose of treating atherosclerosis. In this paper, a fluid-solid-heat coupling model of thermal ablation of atherosclerotic plaque is established (The coupling model of blood-plaque-electromagnetic wave is studied in this paper, in which the thermal ablation of atherosclerotic plaque means that the electromagnetic wave is used to generate heat, and the temperature of atherosclerotic plaque tissue rises. If the cells in it reach the threshold of death temperature, they will be killed, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal ablation.). The electromagnetic field and bio-thermal equation are solved and analyzed by finite element method. By calculating the temperature and thermal damage distribution of microwave on atherosclerotic plaque, the effect of microwave on thermal ablation of atherosclerotic plaque was evaluated. The results show that the thermal damage degree of atherosclerotic plaque is positively correlated with electromagnetic wave frequency, electromagnetic wave power and heating time. The model shows that electromagnetic wave hyperthermia may provide a new therapeutic mode for thermal ablation of atherosclerotic plaques.

摘要:
In this study, we propose a manifold learning-based method for predicting disease genes by assuming that a disease and its associated genes should be consistent in some lower dimensional manifold. The 10-fold cross-validation experiments show that the area under of the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) generated by our approach is 0.7452 with high-quality gene-disease associations in OMIM dataset, which is greater that of the competing method PBCF (0.5700). 9 out of top 10 predicted gene-disease associations can be supported by existing literature, which is better than the result (6 out of top 10 predicted association) of the PBCF. All these results illustrate that our method outperforms the competing method.

摘要:
The research of high voltage transmission line ice block has great challenge, which is different from regions and climate disturbance. In this paper, a new method is proposed to detect the thickness of ice in a specific area (Xingyi Guizhou). For obtaining the thickness of High pressure wire and ice, the mean filter and histogram equalization are used to image preprocessing in order to reduce noise interference, and then the Canny edge operator is used to deal with binarization, and the Hough line is detected. The average thickness of the ice block is obtained according to the diameter thickness of the known high voltage wire.

摘要:
We research the model for the Ebola outbreak, such as the spread of the disease, the quantity of the medicine needed, possible feasible delivery systems, locations of delivery and the speed of manufacturing of the vaccine or drug. In order to describe the spread of the Ebola virus, we have established a model for the Delay Differential Equations with latency parameter, using the numerical calculation and analysis, the spread of the Ebola virus are described. We found the model to stop the spreed of the virus according to the number of infections, which is connected with the time variable. People are encouraged to cooperate with the government prevention and treatment by the classification isolation and buffer isolation. In order to find the best solution to control the epidemic, examining the Ebola epidemic in Africa and using the shortest path of Floyd-War shall algorithm from the classical location problem, we carefully selected three drug distribution centers. We establish the optimization model of graph theory under an insufficient supply, which make a minimum transportation costs and control the epidemic, according to the location of drug delivery, drug, vaccine production speed and the demand for drug, when drugs were in short supply, we constructed function with correction factor, we converted into a situation to solve the problem under an adequate supply of medicines

In the thesis, simulated analysis of eight steel reinforced high strength concrete column under the low reversed cyclic horizontal load were performed by using the nonlinear finite element software of ABAQUS. The hysteresis behavior, skeleton curve, displacement ductility energy-dissipating capacity of the steel reinforced concrete column under the combined action of the bending, pressing, and shearing were discussed in this thesis. And it also analyzed factors that affect the bearing capacity and ductility of the steel reinforced column, such as axial compression ratio, stirrup ratio, steel ratio. Results indicate that the displacement ductility factor between 2.43 and 3.95; The stirrup ratio have a greater impact on the seismic performance of steel reinforced high strength concrete columns. With the increment of volume-stirrup ratio and steel ratio, the ductility factor increases; As The axial compression ratio increased, bearing capacity increased correspondingly; When steel reinforced concrete column are under higher axial pressure, stirrup ratio has more significant effect on the bearing capacity of structure.

As a further generalization of fuzzy set theory, the vague set theory can overcome the shortcomings of fuzzy set by describing the membership from two sides of both TRUE and FALSE, rather than only by a single membership value. Since vague sets can provide more information than fuzzy sets, it is superior in mathematical analysis of system with uncertainty. In this paper, a new method vague set-based is proposed to deal with fuzzy decision fusion problem. Compared with traditional fuzzy decision fusion method-such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the new method is more efficient and powerful to fulfill decision fusion with uncertain and inaccurate information. Generally, the new method is the same with group decision fusion and soft fusion.

It is because the matrix arrangement cement lining steel shear which have large elastic-plsatic deformation, yield deformation and slip body, as well as existing multiple complex nonlinear and coupling that traditional methods have not been able to meet the analysis requirements. Therefore, The coupled theory based on elastic mechanics, fracture mechanics and brittle fracture was put forward by considering the change" elastic deformation-plastic yield-shear fracture", and having in-depth discussion about the sheear process. Eventually, a complete mathematical model of matrix arrangement cement lining steel shear has been formed to provides theoretical basis for shear performance and mechanics analysis.

In this paper, the photoelectric conversion of electric cars is discussed and analyzed, considering the optimization of the area of the body, and the efficiency of the solar panels, a mathematical model is established, which is not considered the economic factor, only considering the solar panels on the surface of a vehicle, but also does not cause too much waste, and maximize the ability to improve the E6. Therefore, first find out the car each area and various solar panels specifications, and then use linear programming to find out the optimal size of the arrangement, so that the program optimization.

An optimal control problem for pseudoparabolic equations with pointwise obstacle type constraints is considered. There is a void interior even in the state constraint set, that is, without satisfying the Slater condition. A generalized solution of pseudoparabolic equations and necessary optimality conditions are established.

摘要:
In order to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic systems, under different temperature and irradiance conditions, intelligent control techniques for the tracking of the maximum power point were investigated in this paper. Against the problem of Step length selection of the traditional duty ratio perturbation algorithm, a duty ratio perturbation based on genetic algorithm is proposed. It is shown the excellent features of the modified algorithm by simulating this algorithm with MATLAB/SIMULINK software.

A new approach to extract the mechanical properties of ductile thin films on brittle substrates based on the representative strain (corresponding to the representative stress) has been presented in depthsensing indentation with finite element method (FEM).Forward and reverse analyses of high deformation symmetry numerical simulation of Berkovich indentation tests are used to determine mechanical properties of ductile films.The proposed reverse analysis provides a new solution for the initial yield stress (or the representative stress) and the strain-hardening exponent,given that the Young's modulus is predetermined from the Sakai method,e.g.,as[1].The validity of the reverse analysis method is checked using the numerical nano-indentation test.

Based on the ideal solution approximation, the model for size-dependent melting temperature of pure metal nanoparticles is extended to binary alloy systems. The developed model, free of any adjustable parameter, demonstrates that the melting temperature is related to the size and composition of alloy nanoparticles. The melting temperature of CuNi, PbBi and SnIn binary alloy nanocrystals is found to be consistent with the experiments and molecular dynamics simulations. The research reveals that alloy nanocrystals have similar melting nature as pure metal.

In this paper, we consider a mathematical model for HIV-1 infection with intracellular delay and cell-mediated immune response. A novel feature is that both cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and the intracellular delay are incorporated into the model. We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the global stability of the infection-free equilibrium and give sufficient conditions for the local stability of the two infection equilibria: one without CTLs being activated and the other with. We also perform some numerical simulations which support the obtained theoretical results. These results show that larger intracellular delay may help eradicate the virus, while the activation of CTLs can only help reduce the virus load and increase the healthy CD+ 4 cells population in the long term sense.
