We present an experimental method to calibrate the peak intensities of femtosecond laser pulses at 410 nm by multiphoton ionization of Xe using photoelectron imaging technique. The photoelectron kinetic energies and angular distributions at different laser intensities are obtained from the measured photoelectron images. By linear fitting the energy data, based upon the ponderomotive model, the calibration coefficient of pulse peak intensity is thus obtained. The energy designation of the Rydberg states from the calibrated laser intensities accord well to the angular distributions designation. The two ionization energies of xenon (ionized into P-2(3/2) and P-2(1/2) respectively), obtained by this method, are quite accurate, compared with the values provided by other methods. The wavelength effect to this experimental method is discussed.

This study assesses enantioselectivity on the degradation of tebuconazole in wheat grain, straw, and soil in Beijing and Zhejiang under open field conditions. After agricultural application, the analytes were extracted from soil and grain with acetonitrile, and from straw with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid through ultrasonic extraction. The extracts were cleaned by dispersive-solid phase extraction, and determined by chiral liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with a Lux amylose-2 column. The results of field trials indicated that the degradation of tebuconazole enantiomers followed first-order kinetics in straw and soil at the two sites. Their half-lives in straw ranged from 3.88 to 4.93 days, which were shorter than those in soil ranging from 40.76 to 43.86 days. The (-)-tebuconazole showed faster degradation in straw from Beijing and Zhejiang. In Zhejiang soil, preferential degradation of (+)-tebuconazole was observed, whereas (-)-tebuconazole was preferential in Beijing soil. The terminal residues of (-)-tebuconazole in most grains were higher than those of its antipode, indicating significant enantioselective residues.

This paper introduces a new software delayed coincidence counting technology,which requires less storage space. An experiment system was established for measurement of lowlevel Rn-220 The methods were validated experimentally by intercomparison measurements. The results show that Rn-220 of decay rate of between 3dpm similar to 20dpm can be measured by the experiment system with error of +/- 2%, when the background count rate is of 2dpm similar to 4dpm.

Relative to gear shaping and gear hob, using gear slotting produces herringbone gear which is used in nuclear power turbine speed redactor has more obvious technical and economic benefits, but profile angle error of slotting cutter causes profile error and base pitch deviation of herringbone gear. It will result in high-frequency noise which damages the tactical and technical performance of warship. By analyzed the wire cutting system of rack cutter used in MAAG type gear machining for herringbone gear, the mathematical model of error prediction for rack cutter profile angle was founded. On the base of model of error prediction, the principle of error control and the method of revision control are presented. Finally, the example of prediction and control is provided.
