摘要:
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are symbiotic partner of plants and are important for survival and growth of plants under stresses. Three AMF species were inoculated to Lolium Perenne L. and plant performances in uranium contaminated and uncontaminated soils. The results show that (1) AMF inoculation improved the uranium resistance of Lolium Perenne, and increased photosynthetic pigments and soluble protein content and decreased MDA content were found in AMF inoculation treatments. (2) Antioxidant system enzyme activity in vivo Lolium Perenne also increased. (3) Uranium accumulation characteristics varied in three AMF inoculation treatments, indicating that different mechanisms of AMF species may be involved in response to uranium stress.

In order to study the seismic behavior of eccentrically braced frames with different braces, nonlinear finite element analysis of two eccentrically braced frames with Y and K shapes is carried out by using the software ABAQUS. Q235 steel is used in the K and Y shaped energy dissipation section and support in composite steel frames, and the other components are composed of Q345 and Q460 grade steel respectively. The analysis results show that both of them have good energy dissipation under the low cyclic loading; Under the same amount of steel., with the steel grade increases for the frame beam and column, the energy dissipation capacity of Y and K shape has greatly improved, the energy dissipation capacity of link beam Y shape frame is better than that in K shape frame; the overall energy consumption ability of Y shape frame is also better than that of K shape frame, and Y shape frames have many advantages such as easy repair after the earthquake, , save steel, and high economic benefit.

摘要:
Inefficient charge separation and limited light absorption are two critical issues associated with high-efficiency photocatalytic H_2 production using TiO_2. Surface defects within a certain concentration range in photocatalyst materials are beneficial for photocatalytic activity. In this study, surface defects (oxygen vacancies and metal cation replacement defects) were induced with a facile and effective approach by surface doping with low-cost transition metals (Co, Ni, Cu, and Mn) on ultrafine TiO_2. The obtained surface-defective TiO_2 exhibited a 3-4-fold improved activity compared to that of the original ultrafine TiO_2. In addition, a H_2 production rate of 3.4 µmol/h was obtained using visible light (λ > 420 nm) irradiation. The apparent quantum yield (AQY) at 365 nm reached 36.9% over TiO_2-Cu, significantly more than the commercial P25 TiO_2. The enhancement of photocatalytic H_2 production activity can be attributed to improved rapid charge separation efficiency and expanded light absorption window. This hydrothermal treatment with transition metal was proven to be a very facile and effective method for obtaining surface defects.

摘要:
Mould is an important factor which affects building environment and indoor air quality. Firstly, a variety of damages of mould contamination to human and building are reviewed. Then, the crucial factors of mould growth are analyzed; temperature and humidity are key factors. After that, the indoor mould growth models were analyzed. Heat and moisture transfer in building envelope is a key factor which affects mould growth environment; wall is sensitive to reach the critical condition which leads to mould growth and reproduction, results in contamination.
