摘要:
Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9 (PCSK9), a member of the protein-converting enzyme family, is highly expressed in adult hepatocytes and small intestinal enterocytes. To our knowledge, in this study, we demonstrate for the first time that PCSK9 is upregulated in a dose-dependent manner via oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL) stimulation in THP-1-derived macrophages. PCSK9 small interfering RNA (siRNA) suppresses the oxLDL-induced inflammatory cytokine expression in THP-1-derived macrophages. The exposure of macrophages to oxLDL markedly increased the expression of NF-kappa B protein in the nucleus. However, this effect was significantly attenuated by PCSK9 si RNA. These findings indicate that PCSK9 expression is induced by ox LDL, and that PCSK9 si RNA protects against inflammation via the inhibition of NF-kappa B activation in oxLDL-stimulated THP-1-derived macrophages. Our results suggest that PCSK9 may be used as a therapeutic target for the treatment of atherosclerosis since PCSK9 siRNA suppresses oxLDL-induced I kappa B-alpha degradation and NF-kappa B nuclear translocation into THP-1-derived macrophages.

摘要:
There are high-strength pollutant, water quality fluctuations, organic matter of high toxicity, low biodegradability characteristics for hydrogen peroxide wastewater. Membrane filtration /catalytic oxidation /coagulation-sedimentation process was used to treat hydrogen peroxide wastewater. The results indicate that the effluent concentrations meet the requirements of the First Grade of Wastewater Discharging Standard (GB 8978-1996) when the influent concentrations of COD, SS, iol, pH are 4500 mg.L -1 , 200 mg.L -1 , 600 mg.L -1 , from 2 to 5 respectively.

摘要:
Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm has been widely applied in many scientific and engineering fields. However, the success of PSO in solving a specific problem crucially depends on appropriately choosing trial vector generation strategies. In this paper, we presented a Multi-strategy adaptive learning PSO (MAPSO) algorithm, in which trial vector generation strategies are gradually self-adapted by learning from their previous experiences in generating promising solutions. At different stages of evolution, different strategies can be determined adaptively to match different phases of the search evolution. The experimental results clearly verify the advantages of MAPSO on the benchmark problems tested. Moreover, a PID parameter optimization problem is used to further evaluate MAPSO. The experimental results show that MAPSO outperforms the other peer algorithms in terms of both the convergence speed and solution accuracy.
