摘要:
Three-dimensional graphene/conducting polymer (3DGCP) composites have received significant attention in recent years due to their unique structures and promising applications in energy storage. With the structural diversity of graphene and π-functional conducting polymers via rich chemical routes, a number of 3DGCP composites with novel structures and attractive performance have been developed. Particularly, the hierarchical porosity, the interactions between graphene and conducting polymers as well as the their synergetic effects within 3DGCP composites can be well combined and elaborated by various synthetic methods, which made 3DGCP composites show unique electrochemical properties and significantly improved performance in energy storage fields compared to other graphene-based composites. In this short review, we present recent advances in 3DGCP composites in developing effective strategies to prepare 3DGCP composites and exploring them as a unique platform for supercapacitors with unprecedented performance. The challenges and future opportunities are also discussed for promotion of further study. © 2016 Yu-Xi Xu

摘要:
Integration of graphene with polymers to construct three-dimensional porous graphene/polymer composites (3DGPCs) has attracted considerable attention in the past few years for both fundamental studies and diverse technological applications. With the broad diversity in molecular structures of graphene and polymers via rich chemical routes, a number of 3DGPCs have been developed with unique structural, electrical, and mechanical properties, chemical tenability, and attractive functions, which greatly expands the research horizon of graphene-based composites. In particular, the properties and functions of the 3DGPCs can be readily tuned by precisely controlling the hierarchical porosity in the 3D graphene architecture as well as the intricate synergistic interactions between graphene and polymers. In this paper, we review the recent progress in 3DGPCs, including their synthetic strategies and potential applications in environmental protection, energy storage, sensors, and conducting composites. Lastly, we will conclude with a brief perspective on the challenges and future opportunities. © 2016 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
The incorporation of functional nanoparticles within block copolymer micelles can form hybrid materials with desired optical, electronic, and magnetic properties. A versatile approach was developed to prepare ultralong nanofibers through the cooperative assembly of block copolymers and nanoparticles in emulsions. Enthalpic and entropic factors collectively contributed to the synergistic assembly of block copolymers and nanoparticles for the formation of uniform hybrids. The nanoparticles were precisely aligned in the central cores of the nanofibers which can reach to tens of micrometers. The uniform and ultralong nanofibers may serve as building blocks for constructing integrated architectures or devices for fundamental study and practical applications in nanoscience and nanotechnology.

聚间苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPIA)数均分子量的测定

摘要:
聚间苯二甲酰对苯二胺是一种新型的芳酰胺聚合物,极有潜力发展为高性能纤维家族的新成员。由于聚间苯二甲酰对苯二胺分子链的刚性特征,使得现有凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)仪器所用的溶剂很难对其溶解,其分子量的测定不能采用凝胶渗透色谱的方法,因此采用端基分析法测定聚间苯二甲酰对苯二胺的数均分子量。采用直接电位滴定法测定聚合物羧端基的含量,以玻璃电极做指示电极,甘汞电极为参比电极,用电位滴定仪进行测定。采取分光光度法测定聚合物的氨端基含量,利用分光光度计测定不同浓度对苯二胺溶液的吸光值,绘制出浓度-吸光值曲线,然后用已知浓度的对氯苯胺溶液进行校验,最后测定聚合物溶液的吸光值可算出氨端基含量。最后结合端羧基和端氨基的含量通过计算得到聚间苯二甲酰对苯二胺的数均分子量,此方法简单、实用,不需要复杂的仪器设备。

高吸油软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备及其吸油性能研究

摘要:
以聚环氧丙烷三醇(N330)、聚环氧乙烷二醇(N220)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、三乙烯二胺、辛酸亚锡、有机硅匀泡剂和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)等为原料,采用一步法全水发泡工艺,制备了一种疏水性高吸油软质聚氨酯泡沫(PU)。研究了PTMG的用量对PU的吸油性能、孔结构、密度以及拉伸强度的影响,并考察了这类泡沫材料的再生循环性能。结果表明,随着PTMG用量的增加,PU的孔径减小,拉伸强度逐渐提高,PU对油品的吸附倍率先增加后减小,最大吸附倍率分别为:柴油18.9g/g、二甲苯34.9 g/g、乙酸乙酯32.8g/g、四氯化碳56.9g/g。采用外力挤压法可有效地去除吸附油品以达到PU再生循环利用的目的,且重复使用12次后,PU对柴油的脱附效率仍高于98%,吸附倍率稳定在16.2 g/g。

摘要:
设计了一类线型聚多联苯2,6-二甲酰对苯二胺聚合物,并对聚合物分子模型进行了计算机模拟,通过分子力学和力学性质模块的计算得到了聚多联苯2,6-二甲酰对苯二胺的一些力学参数.模拟结果表明,聚多联苯2,6-二甲酰对苯二胺类型芳酰胺聚合物通过自组装可以呈现类倒插蜂窝结构排列,除聚二联苯2, 6-二甲酰对苯二胺和聚三联苯2,6-二甲酰对苯二胺以外,该系列聚合物在xy平面内均具有负泊松比.

摘要:
The thermal effects of the necking in fiber drawing, with respect to the change of microstructure and deformation thermodynamics, have been studied in this paper. The microstructure change before and after necking was characterized by differential scanning calorimeter, revealing the significant variations of crystallinity of polyester (PET) fiber. According to the thermal effect feature during the fiber cold-drawing process, deformation thermodynamics is established to analyze the necking mechanism. Internal energy increase in polypropylene fiber may be caused by melting of crystal or stored elastic strain energy, while the internal energy of PET fiber decreases with time, probably caused by the induced crystallization.

摘要:
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、4,4_二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚醚二元醇( PTMEG_2000)为单体,用N_甲基二乙醇胺作亲水扩链剂,制备阳离子型水性聚氨酯( WPU),并对其进行了红外光谱和粒径分析,主要探讨了影响阳离子水性聚氨酯固含量、断裂伸长率、吸水率的因素如混合二异氰酸酯摩尔比n ( IPDI/HMDI )、预聚时二异氰酸酯与二元醇摩尔比n(二异氰酸酯/二元醇)、N_甲基二乙醇胺用量、三羟甲基丙烷用量和中和度.结果表明:当n( IPDI/HMDI)在0.47:1与0.23:1之间时,所制得的阳离子型水性聚氨酯的固含量、断裂伸长率和吸水率均呈较稳定的状态;预聚阶段n(二异氰酸酯/二元醇)对WPU固含量影响不大,对断裂伸长率、吸水率影响明显;MDEA的用量对固含量、断裂伸长率和吸水率都有较深的影响;TMP的用量对WPU膜的固含量、吸水率及断裂伸长率影响一般;中和度对WPU固含量以及断裂伸长率的影响不大,但对吸水率影响较大.

本文通过单因素实验确定制备抗静电防老化的聚丙烯( PP)多功能白色母粒的优化配方.结果表明:载体树脂为60 kg,色素为12 kg,抗静电剂为10 kg,抗氧剂为10 kg,分散剂为6 kg,增容剂为2 kg是制备100 kg的多功能白色母粒的最佳配比.用该功能母粒制备的聚丙烯板材的表面电阻系数为0.6×109,氙灯老化500 h后色牢度为5级.

摘要:
掌握高分子聚合工艺的过程和控制是高分子类相关专业学生必须具有的最基本技能。本文在《高分子聚合工艺学》的课程教学和生产实习的实践教学基础上,介绍了高分子聚合工艺的一种新型教学新模式,即通过增加工艺仿真实验把教学中的学与实习中的看有效地结合起来,并在此基础上升华到产品生产的开、停运转及故障处理的综合设计,形成四合一的新型教学模式。实践证明,这种新型的教学模式可提高学生对高分子大规模聚合工艺的实际操作控制能力、工艺运行方案的综合设计能力及生产的协调组织能力。

以聚丙烯( PP)树脂为研究对象,制备抗静电防老化的多功能黑色母粒,其关键技术在于解决各种功能助剂、着色剂、分散剂及载体树脂的品种、数量、配比组合及相容性、协同性问题.实验首先选择载体树脂和各种助剂,然后通过正交实验确定多功能黑色母粒的最佳配比.结果表明:载体树脂为40 kg,色素为30 kg,抗静电剂为2 kg,抗氧剂为5 kg,分散剂为20 kg,增容剂为3 kg是制备100 kg多功能黑色母粒的最佳配比.用该功能母粒制备的聚丙烯板材的表面电阻系数为3.8×109,氙灯老化72 h后色牢度为4级.

摘要:
Polyurethane elastomers exhibit inelastic effects under cyclic deformation, including stress softening, hysteresis and permanent set. In this paper, we present a new method for characterization of the inelastic behavior by infrared thermography. Two salient inelastic features of temperature change for elastic fibers have been observed: (1) temperature variation is partly reversible in the first cycle and totally reversible in the following cycles, (2) temperature variation is strongly dependent on strain rate during the first loading process and less dependent on strain rate during the second loading process. The new method for inelastic behavior, compared with traditional mechanical measure, is an online and synchronization technology. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
红外热成像仪同步跟踪橡胶弹性体材料的循环形变过程,几种特殊的热效应特征能被观察到:(1)拉伸时明显的热弹转变效应,即橡胶试样在拉伸时要经历一个明显的温度降低,然后温度才逐渐升高;(2)试样初始拉伸-回复时,温度变量具有部分可逆性,而随后的拉伸-回复温度变化几乎完全可逆;(3)拉伸时温度升高具有速率依赖性,即拉伸速率越快,温升越高。热效应特征能反映形变分子聚集结构的变化,显然,橡胶的受力形变过程除构象变化以外,还具有其它特殊的分子结构变化。

利用分子间氢键驱动分子自组装作用实现分子水平上的负泊松比这一思路,设计了一种具有类似倒插蜂窝状结构的线形芳酰胺聚合物。利用Materials Studio软件对所构建的线形芳酰胺聚合物分子模型进行了计算机模拟,通过分子力学和力学性质模块的计算得到了线形芳酰胺聚合物的一些力学参数,模拟结果表明,这种线形芳酰胺聚合物在氢键驱动的自组装作用下呈现类倒插蜂窝结构排列,该系列聚合物均具有负泊松比。

In this paper, we present a new method for determination of the linear thermal expansion coefficient (LTEC) of polymeric materials by infrared thermography. The method is based on the thermo-elastic effect, which is closely related to the LTEC. The advantage of this method is that it is not only suitable for any size and shape of polymeric material, but also for both amorphous and crystalline polymers. ©2012 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
高聚物材料在受力形变过程中,环境温度对材料力学性能影响很大,但形变过程自身产生的热效应有时也不能被忽略。当材料样品足够厚或形变速率足够快,即近似绝热的情况下,通过这些热效应特征可获得材料分子聚集结构的信息和材料形变机理。本文介绍了高聚物材料的几种形变热效应特征,包括普弹形变热效应、塑性形变热效应、弹性大形变热效应和疲劳热效应,并简单介绍了形变热效应的表征技术,包括形变量热法、热电偶法和红外热成像法。

红外热成像技术是一种非接触、非破坏性的测试材料表面温度的方法,具有既能生成优质图像,又能够精确测温的特点。该技术已被广泛用于全球工业行业的过程状态检测,如电力、建筑、医疗、军事等领域,但在高分子科学的研究领域应用还较少。本文介绍了红外热成像技术的基本原理,综述了红外热成像技术在高分子科学研究中的应用状况,包括研究材料在拉伸、冲击、疲劳过程的热效应特征,研究纤维成形过程的纺丝动力学及高分子聚合过程的反应动力学。

摘要:
In this study, infrared thermography is used to detect the thermal effects of rubber-like materials during loading-unloading cycles. Two salient features of temperature change have been observed: (1) the temperature has a tiny decrease at first and then becomes to increase during the stretching process, which is in agreement with the thermo-elastic inversion effect. (2) Temperature variation is partly reversible in the first cycle and totally reversible in the following cycles. These phenomena are related to complicated deformation mechanisms. Based on the analysis of elastic thermal effects during deformation process, thermodynamics of rubber elasticity has also been investigated by infrared thermography. ©2012 Springer-Verlag.
