洋葱假单胞菌处理含U(Ⅵ)废水

摘要:
利用土著洋葱假单胞菌进行试验,探讨了其对低浓度含铀废水处理的性能。结果表明: ρ[U(Ⅵ)]为10 mg/L, pH为6.0,温度为30 ℃时,菌体对U(Ⅵ)的最大平衡吸附量可达到160.4 mg/g。重金属离子(Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Zn~(2+)等)对U(Ⅵ)去除存在较大影响。重金属离子浓度为100 mg/L时,Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)对菌体去除U(Ⅵ)有明显的抑制作用,而Zn~(2+)的影响微弱。采用SEM-EDX、XRD、FTIR表征分析,阐明铀-细菌相互作用的反应机理。结果表明: U(Ⅵ)以絮状磷酸铀化合物沉积在细胞表面,羟基、羧基和磷酸盐基团促进了U(Ⅵ)的生物沉积。土著洋葱假单胞菌可以耐受U(Ⅵ)和其他重金属毒性,可与U(Ⅵ)发生矿化反应,可在低浓度含铀废水处理方面发挥重要作用。

摘要:
A poly(β-Cyclodextrin)/bentonite composite (β-CD/BNC) were characterized by N2–BET measurement, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Its synthesis mechanism of graft polymerisation was expounded. The maximum sorption capacities of Cs+ onto β-CD/BNC in absence and presence of Cl− and CO3 2− were 48.83 mg g−1, 48.90 mg g−1, and 46.19 mg g−1, respectively. The effect of Cl− and CO3 2− on Cs+ adsorption was not obvious. β-CD/BNC displayed good stability and reusability. The main adsorption mechanism of cesium by β-CD/BNC was ion exchange, and the surface coordination was subordinated mechanism. © 2018, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
A novel graphene oxide/bentonite composite (GO/bentonite) was synthesized and then characterized through powder X-ray diffraction, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive spectroscopy. Adsorption achieved equilibrium within 10 min. Moreover, U(VI) adsorption on GO/bentonite was highly dependent on solution pH and independent of ionic strength. These characteristics suggested that inner-sphere surface complexes of U(VI) formed on GO/bentonite. The adsorption of U(VI) from aqueous solution on GO/bentonite was fitted to the pseudo-second-order and Freundlich isotherm models. The maximum sorption capacity of GO/bentonite was 234.19 mg g−1 under neutral pH at 303 K. GO/bentonite is a potentially powerful adsorbent for the efficient removal of U(VI) from aqueous solutions. © 2018, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

氧化石墨烯由于具有超大的比表面积、高强度和化学稳定性好等优点,其在环保领域作为含铀废水吸附材料的应用潜能备受关注。本文综述了近年来石墨烯基复合材料吸附水溶液中铀的研究现状及进展,介绍了石墨烯基复合材料对铀的吸附性能,分析了溶液pH值、温度、离子强度、接触时间和吸附剂用量等因素对吸附效果影响的原理,阐述了通过表面络合模型,光谱分析和理论计算等方法探讨氧化石墨烯复合材料的微观形貌结构与铀吸附效果之间的内在联系,最后研究了氧化石墨烯复合材料吸附铀研究中面临的挑战,对石墨烯材料与轴的相互作用机理及其在环保方面的开发应用进行了展望。

摘要:
A novel chelating adsorbent, modified sawdust (MS), was synthesized by grafting quaternary ammonium on the cellulose of sawdust, was first designed for high performance U(VI) removal. The property MS was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray, X-ray diffractometer, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Removal efficiency of U(VI) for MS and raw sawdust (RS) was evaluated at different dosages, pHs, contact times, and temperatures. Results showed that maximum U(VI) removal efficiencies of 99.7% and 72.8% for MS and RS, respectively, were observed at adsorbent dose of 0.1 g, contact time of 2 h, pH 4.5, and temperature 30°C. Adsorption equilibrium of U(VI) onto MS was well described by the Langmuir isotherm model. Also, the thermodynamic result showed that the adsorption process was feasible, spontaneous, and endothermic in nature. Adsorption kinetic data were fitted well with a pseudo-second order model. High U(VI) removal performance for MS was attributed to the adsorption of U(VI) on amine groups, followed by U(VI) chelation. 摘要:
Taked a uranium tailings pond in Hunan province as the research object, three groups of reaction systems including min (mineral group), min-dbio (mineral-dead bacteria) and min-bio (mineral-viable bacteria) were set up for the sequential batch experiments. The metal elements of U, Fe, Cd, and Pb in the uranium tailings which have reacted with S. oneidensis MR-1 for 2d, 4d, 10d, and 20d were studied by the sequential chemical extraction methods, to analyzed the effect of species of contaminants in Uranium Tailings by S. oneidensis MR-1. The results showed that the residual state is the main occurrence mode of each metal element. The release of contaminants from tailings is mainly attributed to the dissolution of exchangeable state. The complexation or adsorption of the dead bacteria and metal elements leads to the increase of the organic matter. The effect of S.oneidensis MR-1 promoted the release of each metal elements in the exchangeable state, carbonate binding state, organic matter binding state and the amorphous iron manganese oxide binding state of tailings sample, and the reduction of S. oneidensis MR-1 caused U 6+ to produce U 4+ , resulting in an increase in the content of residuals, while Fe 3+ was reduced to Fe 2+ , resulted in an increase in the binding state of crystalline iron-manganese oxides. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
The meteorologic station provides precipitation, air temperature, dew point, etc. for hydrology and water quality modeling in the watershed. However, the meteorologic stations are absent in some watersheds, which brings difficulty for the watershed modeling. In this study, the method of constructing the virtual meteorologic station in the watershed is developed. This can overcome the difficulty of the absence of meteorologic station and makes it possible for watershed modeling. The data from the precipitation stations inside the objective watershed and the weather stations close to the objective watershed are used to construct the virtual meteorologic station inside the objective watershed. The delineation tool in the better assessment science integrating point and nonpoint (BASINS) is used to delineate the objective watershed. The hydrological simulation program - FORTRAN (HSPF), incorporated in BASINS, is used to model the stream flows in the watershed. The National Elevation Data (NED) terrain dataset is used for watershed delineation. In this study it is found the modeled stream flows and water quality with the virtual meteorologic station in the watershed have reasonable agreements with the observations. The method of constructing the virtual meteorologic station developed in this study can be used for the modeling of hydrology and water quality in the watersheds where the meteorologic stations are absent. © 2018 American Society of Civil Engineers.

摘要:
利用壳聚糖、凹凸棒土、还原铁粉和羟基磷灰石4种固定剂对铀尾矿库中的铀进行固定化处理,通过逐级化学提取法和毒性浸出试验(TCLP)研究了铀尾矿库中铀的形态分布特征与浸出特性.结果表明:固定剂对铀的形态分布的影响存在显著差异,壳聚糖、凹凸棒土和还原铁粉掺杂后主要促进可交换态(包括水溶态)铀向其他较稳定结合态铀转化,羟基磷灰石掺杂显著提高了残渣态铀的含量.固定能力强弱依次为:羟基磷灰石>还原铁粉>凹凸棒土>壳聚糖.TCLP结果表明:壳聚糖增强了铀的活性,浸出量增加4%~23%;羟基磷灰石降低铀的浸出量近80%,是铀尾矿库中铀稳定效果较好的一种固定剂.

摘要:
To improve the oxidation rate of high-sulfur and high-arsenic refractory gold concentrate (HGC), a two-stage chemical-biological oxidation approach, which contained a high-temperature chemical oxidation stage (ferric leaching stage) and a subsequent biological oxidation stage with mesophiles, was used in this experiment. The surface analysis of pure arsenopyrite using scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicated that the surface lattice structure was partly disrupted after chemical oxidation; as a result, the subsequent biological oxidation rate during the second stage improved significantly. The extraction levels of Fe, As and S were 49.8%, 50.4% and 51.0%, respectively, in the normal biological oxidation system, while the values increased to 63.3%, 64.2% and 63.3%, respectively, following the two-stage process. Accordingly, the recovery rate of gold increased by 16.8% using the two-stage process compared to that of the one-stage biological oxidation approach.

摘要:
The effect of gamma-ray irradiation on waste activated sludge (WAS) dewaterability was investigated with irradiation doses of 0–15 kGy. Time to filter (TTF50), specific resistance of filtration (SRF) and water content of sludge cake were measured to evaluate sludge dewaterability. Soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), soluble extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) concentration and sludge particle size were determined to explain changes in sludge dewaterability. The optimal irradiation dose to obtain the maximum dewaterability characteristics was 1–4 kGy, which generated sludge with optimal disintegration (1.5–4.0%), soluble EPS concentration (590–750 mg/L) and particle size distribution (100–115 µm diameter). The combination of irradiation and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) addition exhibited minimal synergistic effect on increasing sludge dewatering rate compared with CPAM conditioning alone.

摘要:
采用溶液共混法制备了壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯(CS/GO)复合材料,探讨了GO含量、pH值、CS/GO投加量、时间以及U(VI)初始浓度等对CS/GO吸附U(VI)效果的影响.试验结果表明,GO质量分数为40%,pH值为5时吸附效果最好,吸附在5 h达到平衡.准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附方程可较好地拟合其吸附过程,30℃时饱和吸附量为227.3 mg·g~(-1).CS/GO对U(VI)的吸附是自发的吸热反应.SEM、FTIR和XRD分析结果表明,CS/GO表面凹凸不平,羟基和氨基是U(VI)的主要结合位点.解吸试验结果表明CS/GO具有良好的重复使用性能.

A novel poly(β-cyclodextrin)/bentonite composite (β-CD/BNC) was successfully prepared through graft polymerisation by using ammonium persulphate–sodium bisulphate as initiators, and characterized by FT-IR and EDS. The equilibrium data fit Freundlich isotherm satisfactorily. Adsorption kinetic was fitted with pseudo-second-order. The maximum adsorption capacities for Cs+ by β-CD/BNC in absence and presence of Na+ and Mg2+ were 48.83 ± 0.35, 47.30 ± 0.28, and 42.52 ± 0.85 mg g−1, respectively. Adsorption of Cs+ was suppressed by presence of Mg2+ more than Na+. β-CD/BNC had a higher affinity to Cs+ than Na+ and Mg2+. β-CD/BNC was an effective sorbent for the treatment cesium waste water. © 2017, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
通过对木屑进行化学改性,制备了木屑季铵盐型螯合吸附剂(MS),用于强化木屑对含铀废水中U(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。对所得MS的晶体结构和表面形貌进行了分析,探索了MS投加量、反应时间、溶液pH值和反应温度对吸附性能的影响,并在此基础上分析吸附机理。结果表明:MS投加量为0.1g/L、吸附时间为2h、pH=4.5、吸附温度为30℃时,铀去除率达99.7%,较未改性木屑对铀的吸附率提高了26.9%。以0.1mol/L的HCl溶液作为脱附剂,初次解吸率达99.9%,表明MS具有较好的重复利用性。

摘要:
为探究柠檬酸浓度对黑麦草修复铀污染土壤的效率及其生理特性的影响,通过盆栽试验,研究了15mg/kg铀胁迫下不同浓度(0、1、5、10mmol/kg)柠檬酸对黑麦草生长、生理及重金属积累与分布的影响。结果表明:相同浓度铀胁迫下,随柠檬酸浓度的升高,黑麦草长势、光合色素、可溶性蛋白含量、根系活力、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)及几种酶(过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR))的活性呈先升后降的趋势;黑麦草根叶质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量逐渐上升;黑麦草对铀的富集量呈先升后降的趋势,但均表现为根部富集量高于地上部分;亚细胞分布中,铀的富集量为细胞壁及残渣部分>可溶性部分>细胞器及膜部分,且各部分铀含量均先增后降。透射电镜结果显示,铀胁迫对黑麦草超微结构造成了不可逆伤害,添加5mmol/kg柠檬酸,损伤程度得以减轻。以上结果表明,低浓度(1、5mmol/kg)柠檬酸可促进黑麦草在铀污染土壤中的生长,增强黑麦草对铀污染土壤的修复效率,其中5mmol/kg柠檬酸的施加效果最佳,而10mmol/kg柠檬酸则会抑制黑麦草生长。

摘要:
以厌氧颗粒污泥为对象,测试其对不同浓度U(Ⅵ)(2.4~12 mg/L)的去除效果,通过环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)和高通量测序技术等方法解析铀胁迫下微生物群落结构特性。结果表明:在初始U(Ⅵ)浓度为9.6mg/L、pH为6、投加湿污泥2g(污泥的可挥发性悬浮在体浓度为0.1g)条件下,U(Ⅵ)的去除率最高,达到95.1%;颗粒污泥中微生物以直径约1 μm的球形细菌为主,能谱分析(EDS)也证明细胞表面铀的存在。高通量测序得到15939条有效序列,可划分操作分类单元939个。样品文库覆盖率为0.967,Shannon指数、ACE指数和Chao1指数分别为4.099、3140.55与2122.53,表明样品具有较高的微生物多样性与丰富度。菌属分类显示:颗粒污泥中包含许多典型的铀还原固定菌属,如Acinetobacter、Clostridium、Pseudomonas、Sulfurovum、Sulfurospirillum及Trichococcus,这是颗粒污泥具有高效除铀效果与耐铀性能的原因。

摘要:
高温加热可膨胀石墨制得膨胀石墨,用于去除溶液中的U(VI)。通过静态吸附实验,研究了初始pH、吸附剂投加量、U(VI)初始浓度、温度以及吸附时间对膨胀石墨吸附U(VI)效果的影响。实验结果表明,膨胀石墨吸附U(VI)的最佳pH为6.5,在温度为30 ℃,投加量为2.0 g/L,U(VI)初始质量浓度为10 mg/L时,对U(VI)的去除率达到98.08%,反应在4 h达到平衡。Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型较好地拟合了吸附过程,30℃时饱和吸附量为27.03 mg/ g;热力学分析表明,膨胀石墨对U(VI)的吸附是自发的放热反应。比表面积测试、扫描电镜、X射线能谱与傅里叶红外光谱分析结果表明,膨胀石墨对U(VI)的吸附以物理吸附为主,表面官能团起辅助作用。解吸实验证明,膨胀石墨是可重复利用的吸附剂。

摘要:
研究了用植酸处理后大肠杆菌对铀进行吸附,考察了pH、初始浓度、反应时间以及菌液投加浓度对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明,植酸能够提高大肠杆菌菌悬液对铀的吸附效果。植酸处理后的大肠杆菌能有效结合UO_2~(2 +),在pH = 4.0时,菌液投加浓度为90%时,吸附效果最好,吸附300 min达到平衡,吸附率为90%。大肠杆菌配合植酸吸附铀前后电镜图及EDX表明,反应能使铀酰离子络合沉淀,沉积在菌体表面。

摘要:
Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different uranium (U) concentrations (i.e., 0, 1, 5, 15 mg/kg) on the physiology and uranium accumulation features in Sorghum and Lolium perenne. The Results showed that: with the increase of uranium concentrations, pasture several activity increased first and then decreased, while leaves malondialdehyde (MDA) contents increased. Contents of uranium in various Sorghum and L. perenne positions gradually increased. Conclusion: The Low concentration of uranium promoted Sorghum and L. perenne growth, especially at 5mg/kg, however, higher concentration of uranium scaused serious damage to the plants. The resistance of L. perenne was much stronger than Sorghum.

实验用聚乙烯醇包埋奥奈达希瓦氏菌MR-1制备了包埋微球,并用其对U(Ⅵ)进行还原实验。实验结果表明,当pH = 7.0,不同聚乙烯醇浓度对包埋微球的成球性、稳定性和传质性均有影响,制备包埋微球的聚乙烯醇的最优浓度为10%;当U(Ⅵ)浓度为15 mg·L~(- 1), 奥奈达希瓦氏菌投加量为6 mL,且奥奈达希瓦氏菌与聚乙烯醇按1 ∶ 2的比例进行包埋后,包埋微球对U(Ⅵ)的去除率最高达96.22%。Cu~(2 +)、Mn~(2 +)、Ca~(2 +)等共存离子对包埋微球还原U(Ⅵ)产生影响,2. 0 mmol·L~(- 1)的Ca~(2 +)对包埋微球还原U(Ⅵ)存在微弱的促进作用; 2.0 mmol·L~(- 1) Cu~(2 +)、Mn~(2 +)对包埋微球还原U(Ⅵ)存在不同程度的抑制作用,去除率分别仅为8.14%和65.99%。扫描电镜和电子能谱分析结果表明,铀被微球还原沉积在包埋微球中。
