Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different uranium (U) concentrations (i.e., 0, 1, 5, 15 mg/kg) on the physiology and uranium accumulation features in Sorghum and Lolium perenne. The Results showed that: with the increase of uranium concentrations, pasture several activity increased first and then decreased, while leaves malondialdehyde (MDA) contents increased. Contents of uranium in various Sorghum and L. perenne positions gradually increased.
