废玻璃粉对水泥基材料流动性能的影响

摘要:
为探究废玻璃粉对水泥胶砂和混凝土2种水泥基材料流动性能的影响,测试在不同废玻璃粉粒径和质量分数条件下水泥胶砂的流动度和屈服应力,研究在不同水胶比条件下废玻璃粉的质量分数对混凝土坍落度的影响。结果表明:随着废玻璃粉粒径和质量分数的增大,水泥胶砂流动度和流动速率皆呈现减小的趋势,而屈服应力逐渐增大;废玻璃粉质量分数为10%时,粒径范围为38~53μm对水泥胶砂流动度的增强效果最好;碎石、卵石混凝土坍落度随着废玻璃粉质量分数的增大而减小,随着水胶比的增大而增大,碎石混凝土的坍落度总体要好于卵石混凝土的;废玻璃粉质量分数为10%、水胶比范围为0.40~0.50时,2种混凝土坍落度达到较优状态。

摘要:
为改善玻璃粉复合砂浆力学性能,参考蒸压加气砖的制备条件,用蒸压养护对比常温养护,以不同比例废玻璃粉取代水泥制备玻璃粉复合水泥砂浆;结合X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜等方法研究废玻璃粉复合砂浆力学性能的变化.结果 表明:常温养护下,废玻璃粉复合砂浆强度随取代比例的提高而降低;蒸压养护下,玻璃粉复合砂浆强度随取代比例的提高而呈“凸”型变化,最优掺量为30%(质量分数),其60 d抗压强度超过基准水泥砂浆17.6%,建议制备玻璃粉复合砂浆中玻璃粉的取代比为30%.

摘要:
低等级粉煤灰由于活性低,需通过一些方法将其活性激活后再利用.为研究粉煤灰活性,通过水热合成的方法激发其活性,然后测试其力学性能及微观分析.将低等级粉煤灰分别以10%、20%、30%、40%的掺量等质量代替水泥制作胶砂试件,在1.3 MP a、180℃的条件下蒸压10 h后分别标养7 d、60 d、90 d后测试其抗折抗压强度,并做XRD分析.结果表明,高温高压条件下养护提高了试件强度,激发了粉煤灰活性;随着养护时间增长,试件强度逐渐提高,且代替水泥掺量在20% ~30%时效果较好.

Traditional hydrothermal method (TH) and alkali fusion-assisted hydrothermal method (AFH) were evaluated for the preparation of zeolites from waste basalt powder by using NaOH as the activation reagent in this study. The synthesized products were characterized by BET, XRD, FTIR and SEM. The effects of acid treatment, alkali/basalt ratio, calcination temperature and crystallization temperature on the synthesis process were studied. The results showed that AFH successfully synthesized zeolite X with higher crystallinity and no zeolite was formed by TH. The specific surface area of synthetic zeolite X was 486.46 m(2).g(-1), which was much larger than that of original basalt powder (12.12 m(2).g(-1)). Acid treatment and calcination temperature had no effect on zeolite types, but acid treatment improved the yield and quality of zeolite. Alkali/basalt ratio and crystallization temperature not only affected the crystallinity of synthesized zeolites but also affected its type. The optimum synthesis condition of zeolite X are as follows: acid treatment of 5 wt% HCl solution, NaOH/basalt ratio of 1:1, a calcination temperature of 650 degrees C and crystallization temperature of 120 degrees C. The work shows that basalt can be used as a raw material to prepare zeolite.

Test method by direct stretching. The failure modes and failure mechanisms of concrete specimens with 0%, 10% and 20% of waste glass powder at five different loading rates were studied. The uniaxial tensile view of waste glass powder concrete was established by using parallel-bar model PBS. The damage model is the modified parallel model, and the damage relationship is very similar to the stress-strain curve in the test. It shows that the concrete uniaxial tension meso-damage model can be used in this test. The ultimate tensile strength of waste glass powder concrete increases with the increase of loading rate. The relationship between dynamic tensile strength and loading rate is studied. The linear regression fit is applied to the influence of loading rate and dynamic tensile strength to obtain dynamic tensile strength. The increment is approximately related to the loading rate. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Industrial solid wastes are inducing severe environmental problems, but the problem can be overcame by reusing them as construction materials. The sulfate resistances of sustainable concrete incorporating various solid waste materials, including waste glass powder (WGP), coal gangue powder (CGP) and fly ash (FA) were investigated in this study. Concrete mixes with different water to binder (w/b) ratios and containing various solid waste materials as partial replacement of Portland cement by ratios of 10%, 20%, and 30% were prepared. These mixes were immersed in the 5% Na 2 SO 4 solution for a total period of 22 months. The sulfate attack resistances were evaluated extensively based on visual appearance, mass change, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity, mineralogy, and microstructure. The results indicate that regardless of the type and content of solid waste materials, the replacement of cement by solid waste materials exhibit a positive impact on the sulfate attack resistance. Under the same substitution level, WGP appear to be the most effective in offsetting the destructive effect of sulfate attack, followed by CGP and FA. Therefore, sustainable concrete incorporating solid waste materials can not only promote the recycling of solid waste, but also provide high sulfate attack resistance. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
通过物理力学性能检测和XRD、MIP、TG-DSC综合热分析、SEM等微观测试技术,对水泥-废玻璃粉胶砂抗压强度和浆体水化产物CSH凝胶、Ca(OH)2、钙矾石及孔结构进行了研究。研究结果表明:废玻璃粉对水泥水化过程具有促进作用,影响浆体水化产物CSH凝胶、Ca(OH)2、钙矾石的生成量、生成速率和生成时间并改变水泥胶砂微观孔结构,不同颜色废玻璃粉对其影响程度无明显差异。

Anaerobic digestion is a generally used microbial process in wastewater treatment plants, and anaerobic digestion sludge often possesses unacceptable characteristics including high resistance to solid-liquid separation and high concentration of nutrients, such as phosphorus and nitrogen. Gamma-ray irradiation was used to improve the dewaterability of anaerobic digestion sludge, and the struvite (magnesium ammonium phosphate) precipitation method was utilized to recover increased orthophosphate (PO43 - P) and ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N) from the postirradiation liquor. An absorbed dose of 5-15 kGy would be potentially successful for dewaterability improvement, and the optimal dewaterability occurred at 10 kGy, which could reduce the water content of sludge cake from 80.08 to 73.46%. The mechanism for the enhanced dewaterability was also analyzed, and the lysis of extracelluar polymeric substances and reduction of particle surface charges were found to be the major reasons. Furthermore, the recovery rate of PO43 - P and NH4+-N were 86.07 and 15.08%, respectively, under the condition of Mg/P of 1.8 (molar ratio), pH 9.6, and reaction time of 30 min. © 2017 American Society of Civil Engineers.

摘要:
为建立煤矸石粉混凝土抗压强度神经网络预测模型,对煤矸石粉混凝土7、28、60、120、180d抗压强度进行试验。煤矸石粉掺量分别为0、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%,煤矸石粉均取代水泥,作为掺合料掺入混凝土中。在试验的基础上,利用试验数据训练、建立神经网络预测模型。预测结果表明:神经网络预测模型有较高的预测精度,可以用来预测煤矸石粉混凝土的抗压强度。

为研究废玻璃粉混凝土的抗碳化性能,将中位粒径为9.45μm、16.38μm和25.15μm的三种废玻璃粉分别等质量取代10%、20%和30%的水泥制成混凝土试块,在标准条件下养护3d、28d、56d后,测得各龄期下各试块的抗压强度以及加速碳化至3d、7d、14d、28d和56d的碳化值,并通过压汞法和扫描电镜(SEM)测得试块内部孔径分布和微观形貌。结果表明,标养3d时,中位径16.38μm的废玻璃粉更有利对大孔细化,混凝土早期密实度高,抗碳化能力更佳;标养56d后,中位径为9.45μm废玻璃粉掺量≤10%时,试块强度和碳化深度与基准组相当。

摘要:
The effects of different contents and particle sizes of waste glass powder on alkali–silica reaction (ASR) expansion of cementitious composite bar were investigated in this study. Waste glass powder with particle size less than 300μm exhibits an excellent mitigation effect on ASR expansion. With larger content and smaller particle size, the mitigation effect of waste glass powder on ASR expansion gradually increases. The mitigation effect of waste glass powder with particle size ranging from 38 to 53μm and 20% by weight of cement seems relatively better than that of fly ash. When the waste glass powder content reaches 30%, the mitigation effect is still effective and almost the same as that of fly ash. However, the waste glass powder with particle size larger than 300μm presents negative mitigation effect on ASR expansion when the replacement rate is larger than 30%. On the other hand, the waste glass powder and calcium hydroxide (CH) further react, and produce more calcium–silicate–hydrate gels, which apparently reduce the amount of CH. Moreover, the increasing content of waste glass powder results in a lower pH value in the pore solution of cementitious composite. © 2018, The Author(s).

摘要:
为研究废玻璃粉混凝土的率效应,采用万能试验机对3种废玻璃粉掺量的混凝土试件在4种不同应变速率下进行单轴受压,分析了应力-应变曲线、抗压强度、峰值应变、泊松比等随应变速率的变化规律.结果表明:随着应变速率的增加,逐渐增加的抗压强度和减少的峰值应变与应变速率的对数呈线性关系,给出了近似关系式;泊松比基本保持不变;应力-应变曲线的形状相似.研究表明:应变速率对抗压强度和峰值应变影响较明显,对泊松比的影响较小;废玻璃粉存在一个最佳掺量;在不同应变速率下废玻璃粉混凝土单轴受压试验仍符合经典混凝土受压试验的描述.

摘要:
通过集中荷载作用下的6根钢筋混凝土梁的受剪试验,研究废玻璃粉掺量和混凝土强度对钢筋混凝土梁的受力与变形性能的影响.试验结果表明:废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁的受剪破坏形态相似于普通钢筋混凝土梁;废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁的开裂荷载比普通钢筋混凝土梁要低;在废玻璃粉掺量相同的情况下,试件的承载力随着混凝土强度的增大而逐渐增大,跨中挠度逐渐减小;在相同混凝土强度设计等级的情况下,试件的承载力随着废玻璃粉掺量的增加而逐渐下降,跨中挠度逐渐增大.废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁的受剪承载力具有与普通钢筋混凝土梁相接近的计算安全性,其计算公式可以采用普通钢筋混凝土梁的受剪承载力公式.

混凝土碱骨料反应是降低混凝土耐久性的主要因素之一,充分认识其对混凝土力学性能的劣化机理,有助于防治碱骨料反应对混凝土结构的危害。该文用颗粒元(PFC2D)方法建立了由骨料、砂浆和界面三相共同组成的混凝土细观模型,模拟了碱骨料反应引起的混凝土膨胀变形与微裂缝扩展过程,并对碱骨料反应劣化后的混凝土试件进行劈裂抗拉试验,研究碱骨料反应对混凝土力学性能的影响。数值模拟结果表明,该模型可有效预测混凝土碱骨料反应膨胀趋势,碱骨料反应显著降低了混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度。

摘要:
The effect of gamma-ray irradiation on waste activated sludge (WAS) dewaterability was investigated with irradiation doses of 0–15 kGy. Time to filter (TTF50), specific resistance of filtration (SRF) and water content of sludge cake were measured to evaluate sludge dewaterability. Soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), soluble extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) concentration and sludge particle size were determined to explain changes in sludge dewaterability. The optimal irradiation dose to obtain the maximum dewaterability characteristics was 1–4 kGy, which generated sludge with optimal disintegration (1.5–4.0%), soluble EPS concentration (590–750 mg/L) and particle size distribution (100–115 µm diameter). The combination of irradiation and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) addition exhibited minimal synergistic effect on increasing sludge dewatering rate compared with CPAM conditioning alone.

采用硫酸钠溶液长期浸泡法,以质量损失率、抗压强度、抗压强度变化率以及劈裂抗拉强度为评价指标,研究了硫酸盐环境下煅烧煤矸石粉在混凝土中的作用.结果表明:煅烧煤矸石粉等质量取代10%、20%、30%的水泥,浸泡至10个月,各试件的质量损失率随浸泡龄期增加均呈现减小的趋势,浸泡10~14个月,其质量损失率随掺量的增加而降低,且明显低于标准组;浸泡14个月时,不同取代率的煅烧煤矸石粉试件的劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度均大于标准组,其抗压强度增加率分别为17.2%、22.4%、38.2%,而标准组混凝土试件的抗压强度下降率为51.5%,表明增加煅烧煤矸石粉掺量,明显有利于改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能.

摘要:
以硝酸镁、硝酸铝为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,采用水热法在不同条件下合成了不同形貌的镁铝水滑石LDH-1、 LDH-2、LDH-3。通过SEM、XRD、BET和EDS对合成的样品进行了表征;考察了不同形貌水滑石及其焙烧产物(LDO-1、LDO-2、LDO-3)对溶液中氯离子的吸附性能。结果表明:采用水热法添加乙二醇可合成棒状镁铝水滑石(LDH-1),添加乙醇可合成片状六边形镁铝水滑石(LDH-2),添加四丙基氢氧化铵可合成立方体镁铝水滑石(LDH-3)。其中,LDH-2形貌规整均一,片间形成交叉支撑结构,比表面积为115.311 m~2/g,在室温条件下,其对氯离子的最大吸附量为24.72 mg/g。LDO-2吸附氯离子的最优操作条件:温度为35 ℃,pH值为8,焙烧温度为450 ℃。在此条件下,焙烧产物(LDO-2)吸附氯离子的能力大大增强,最大吸附量为96.07 mg/g。

废玻璃粉混凝土的碳化特征

为研究废玻璃粉混凝土抗碳化性能,将粒径不超过75μm的无色废玻璃粉分别以10%、20%、30%与粉煤灰20%的掺量等质量代替水泥制作100 mm×100 mm×400 mm的混凝土棱柱体试块。分别标养3、28、56 d后,采用加速碳化试验法进行碳化试验,然后用酚酞溶液滴定法测定试件的碳化深度,并通过热重-差热分析、压汞法分别测定混凝土养护56 d后的碳化程度与孔隙率。结果表明,当养护时间较短时,废玻璃混凝土的抗碳化性能随废玻璃粉掺量的增加而下降;随着养护时间增长,混凝土中废玻璃粉火山灰效应显著,掺量10%的废玻璃混凝土在标养56d后抗碳化性能与基准组相当。

基于定量体视学的原理,应用数码相机和计算机图像处理软件(Image-Pro Plus),采用图像处理法测得连续级配的混合骨料,碎石,破碎卵石3种骨料的比表面积并与试验裹浆法计算的比表面积对比。结果表明:3种骨料的等价椭圆长短轴之比的平均值为1.48,椭球模型和球模型的比表面积的平均偏差为2.8%;图像处理法与试验裹浆法的偏差较小,3种骨料的平均偏差仅为4.3%,可为骨料比表面积等几何特征参数的测量提供一种快速准确的方法。

The physicochemical characteristics of waste activated sludge (WAS) exposed to Co60 gamma-ray irradiation at doses of 0 to 15 kGy were investigated. Results showed that irradiation dose significantly influenced the physicochemical properties of WAS. Static sedimentation experiment indicated that the settleability was slightly improved after irradiation. Measurement of suspended solids showed that the sludge volume decreased. A vacuum filtration test demonstrated that 1 to 4 kGy would be potentially successful for dewaterability enhancement, and irradiation and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) coconditioning showed desirable synergistic effects. Decreased particle size and increased turbidity of supernatant, soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), and content of soluble extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) indicated that irradiation doses above 4 kGy could efficiently disintegrate sludge flocs and cells. An optimal value for the complete disintegration of sludge was not determined, because irradiation dose higher than 15 kGy was not applied in this study. Possible mechanisms of irradiation were also discussed. © 2017 American Society of Civil Engineers.
