摘要:
On the basis of analysis of the principle of thermoelectric refrigeration and the research on the thermoelectric refrigeration technology and the thermal theoretical analysis of electronic components by domestic and foreign scholars, research on thermoelectric cooling of the uniform heat packaging surface from both the surface integral heat radiating and the local hot spot cooling of the chip by finite element numerical simulation and cooling both the chip and the heat from the whole surface of the local hot spots, using the finite element method of numerical simulation techniques Package uniform surface heat thermoelectric cooling study found the thermoelectric cooling hot surfaces in a uniform local cooling effect and temperature distribution, and pointed out that the chip thermoelectric cooling and thermal design layout surface will be in the future to improve the electroniccomponents of a hot heat important research direction.

摘要:
Waste management of several typical construction projects was investigated in Hunan area; the project differences were analyzed on the waste amount and components, the increasing environmental impact of construction wastes was discussed. The disposal advices were given on the aspects of reducing, resources and eco-friendship of construction wastes. The environmental impact of construction wastes is permanent and accumulated, and the components are increasing diversified, so, the secondary contaminations are also increasing severe.

摘要:
An experimental model for electronic chip cooling was designed to investigate the cooling performances of an air-cooled thermoelectric cooler (TEC). The effect on the cold side temperature was experimented on the variation of heat emission intensity of TEC hot side and operating current. It was found that the mean temperature of the TEC cold side will decrease with enhanced the fan power, and the cooling performance would be better. The cold side temperature of TEC appeared a low valley with operating current variation. Optimizing the heat emission and the operating current properly is necessary to make the TEC work at perfect cooling performance.

A series of measurements showed that community greening and trees shading had different degree of cooling effect. The cooling effect of wall greening was related to factors such as heat storage capacity and the orientation of the wall, climatic conditions. As compared to the heat reduced by sheltering the solar radiation, the heat absorbed by plant transpiration had greater cooling contribution. Comprehensive considering environment, technology and economics factors, the building district greening should take trees as the priority. The trees shading can significantly drop indoor temperature and temperature fluctuation, also created better condition for night-time natural ventilation.

This paper analyzes the energy consumption of hot water supply in buildings and the insurmountable shortcoming of low energy efficiency of conventional water heaters, and investigates the progress and problems of developing heat pump water heaters. It is pointed out that developing of heat pump water heaters is one of the efficient approaches to improve the energy efficiency of hot water supply.

摘要:
Heat transfer of a thermosyphon radiator was analyzed, experimental tests with acetone as working fluid have been performed, and good agreement between measurement and calculation with analysis model was obtained. Compared with conventional radiator by means of experiments and analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the thermosyphon radiator were discussed.

A test apparatus for electronic chip cooling is designed to investigate the cooling effect and cooling performance of thermoelectric cooler(TEC). The results show that not only the cooling water flow rate of TEC hot side is a key factor influencing the cooling effect, but also the TEC electric current and chip power have close relationship with the TEC performance. The experimental result has some reference value for the determination of the optimal cooling performance of TEC.

Heating energy consumption of rural buildings in China was analyzed in this paper. Thermal insulations were compared between some kinds of biomass and fossil materials. Application forms of biomass materials were discussed for heat insulation in rural buildings, and the potential was analyzed for energy-saving and CO2-emission-reducing. As a big agricultural country, the benefit and potential of biomass materials may be remarkable in heat insulation in rural buildings in the light of local conditions.

The rigidity of the principal axis of a CNC vertical boring-milling machine was analyzed, and the belt tension and end deformation were also calculated. A project was proposed to improve the structure of the principal axis for finish machining. After the discharge belt pulley was applied on the principal axis, the force transmission and the rigidity of principal axle system were improved considerably. The design and process means were proposed for the three added parts of the improved structure. The improved structure is simplified, secure and low-cost. The machining precision was increased, and the fixing was also become convenient.

The new situations were analyzed for nuclear development and security. Besides nuclear wars and terrorism, reactor runaway and un-ruled radioactive source are the main nuclear accidents in peacetime. With the active development of the nuclear cause in China, the nuclear education system is becoming deficient or defective. In order to ensure the sustainable and efficient accord development of nuclear industry, general nuclear education is necessary for correlative non-nuclear professionals, such as technologies, management, safety, culture and ethic.

A series of measurements showed that wall greening, community greening and trees shading had different degree of cooling effect. The cooling effect of wall greening was related to factors such as heat storage capacity and the orientation of the wall, climatic conditions. Based on investigation on waste disposal of several typical construction projects, the project differences were analyzed on the waste amount and components, and the components and the proportions of construction wastes were related to the structure types, the construction ages, local customs, resources and economic level, etc. The increasing environmental impact of construction wastes was discussed in following aspects: wasting land, damaging city appearance, polluting soil, water and atmosphere. The environmental impact of construction wastes is permanent and accumulated, and the components are increasing diversified, so, the secondary contaminations are also increasing severe. The disposal advices were given on the aspects of reducing, resources and eco-friendship of construction wastes. The necessary measures are following: enhancing urban planning and building design level, utilizing environment friendly materials and construction technology and increasing disposal and recycling rates of construction wastes.

In this paper, the necessity of multimedia in modern Heat Transfer teaching was discussed. The objectives, characteristics and innovations of constructing multimedia source material database for Heat Transfer teaching were analyzed, and the technical means, the soft and hardware conditions were presented. The basic strategies of applying multimedia in Heat Transfer teaching was to well combine multimedia materials and teaching links including electronic teaching plan, teaching design, classroom explanation, problem discussion, practice and experiment teaching, etc., and to create teaching situations to improve teaching effect. Multimedia has been becoming one of the necessary means of modern Heat Transfer teaching and the software should be adapted to teaching requirements. The database, especially the developing materials, should be applied as self-study resource and platform after class, and then the educational function of Heat Transfer was extended.

According to the low efficiency of the organic heat transfer material heater, this paper studies the heat transfer process under temperature difference in the organic heat transfer material heater with the finite time thermodynamics, derives the calculation formula and characteristic parameter x to determine the minimum temperature difference with the minimum exergy loss. Based on this, this paper proposes that the characteristic parameter x can be used as the optimization criterion of energy-saving and to judge the energy utilization efficiency of the organic heat transfer material heater, furthermore, proposes the concrete energy-saving optimization strategy by controlling the mean heat absorption temperature, and gives an actual calculation, the result accords with the analysis.
