The first example of Nd@C3N4-photoredox/chlorine dual catalyzed alkylation with unactivated alkanes as the alkyl sources has been developed, which allows for the synthesis of various 4-alkylated cyclic sulfonyl ketimines. In this process, chlorine functions as both a redox and hydrogen atom transfer catalyst. The synergism of the reversible Nd2+/Nd3+ and Cl¯/Cl˙ redox pairs significantly enhances overall photocatalytic efficiency. The in vitro anticancer activity of 4-alkylated products was evaluated by using the CCK8 assay against both human choroidal melanoma (MUM-2B) and lung cancer (A549) cell. Compound 3da showed approximately triple the potency of 5-fluorouracil.

Charged-particle trajectories are usually reconstructed with the LHCb detector using combined information from the tracking devices placed upstream and downstream of the 4 T m dipole magnet. Trajectories reconstructed using only information from the tracker downstream of the dipole magnet, which are referred to as T tracks, have not been used for physics analysis to date. The challenges of the reconstruction of long-lived particles with T tracks for physics use are discussed and solutions are proposed. The feasibility and the tracking performance are studied using samples of long-lived Lambda and K-S(0) hadrons decaying between 6.0 and 7.6 m downstream of the proton-proton collision point, thereby traversing most of the magnetic field region and providing maximal sensitivity to magnetic and electric dipole moments. The reconstruction can be expanded upstream to about 2.5 m for use in direct searches of exotic long-lived particles. The data used in this analysis have been recorded between 2015 and 2018 and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb(-1). The results obtained demonstrate the possibility to further extend the decay volume and the physics reach of the LHCb experiment.

One of the main goals of studying semileptonic decays in flavor physics is to gain a better understanding of hadronic transitions in the nonperturbative region of Quantum Chromodynamics. This involves measuring Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements, understanding form factors, and comparing them with theoretical predictions. We report a first study of the semileptonic decay D^{0}→K^{-}π^{0}μ^{+}ν_{μ} by analyzing an e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data sample of 7.93 fb^{-1} collected at the center-of-mass energy of 3.773GeV with the BESIII detector. The absolute branching fraction of D^{0}→K^{-}π^{0}μ^{+}ν_{μ} is measured for the first time, providing necessary input for extracting the c→s Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element through this process. This measurement allows us to test lepton flavor universality, with no indication of violation found. Furthermore, a series of hadronic form factors have been determined and compared with theoretical predictions, which will impose stricter constraints on theoretical models.

We perform the first amplitude analysis of D_{s}^{+}→π^{+}π^{+}π^{-}π^{0} decays based on data samples of electron-positron collisions recorded with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.33 fb^{-1}. We report the observation of D_{s}^{+}→f_{0}(980)ρ(770)^{+} with a statistical significance greater than 10σ and determine the branching fractions B(D_{s}^{+}→π^{+}π^{+}π^{-}π^{0}|_{non-η})=(2.04±0.08_{stat}±0.05_{syst})% and B(D_{s}^{+}→ηπ^{+})=(1.56±0.09_{stat}±0.04_{syst})%. Moreover, we measure the relative branching fraction between ϕ→π^{+}π^{-}π^{0} and ϕ→K^{+}K^{-} to be [B(ϕ(1020)→π^{+}π^{-}π^{0})/B(ϕ(1020)→K^{+}K^{-})]=0.230±0.014_{stat}±0.010_{syst}., which deviates from the world average value by more than 4σ.

摘要:
Using e+e− collision data collected with the BESIII detector at seven energy points ranging from 3.68 to 3.71 GeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 652.1 pb−1, we present an energy-dependent measurement of the transverse polarization, relative phase and modulus ratio of the electromagnetic form factors of the Σ+ hyperon in the e+e− →
$$ {\Sigma}^{+}{\overline{\Sigma}}^{-} $$
reaction. At each energy point, no evident polarization is observed. These results are helpful to understand the production mechanism of the Σ+-
$$ {\overline{\Sigma}}^{-} $$
pairs.

摘要:
Based on 6.1 fb − 1 of e + e − annihilation data collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.600 to 4.843 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, a partial wave analysis of Λ c + → Λ π + η is performed, and branching fractions and decay asymmetry parameters of intermediate processes are determined. The process Λ c + → Λ a 0 ( 980 ) + is observed for the first time, and evidence for the pentaquark candidate Σ ( 1380 ) + decaying into Λ π + is found with statistical significance larger than 3 σ with mass and width fixed to theoretical predictions. The branching fraction product B [ Λ c + → Λ a 0 ( 980 ) + ] B [ a 0 ( 980 ) + → π + η ] is determined to be ( 1.05 ± 0.1 6 stat ± 0.0 5 syst ± 0.0 7 ext ) % , which is larger than theoretical calculations by 1–2 orders of magnitude. Here the third (external) systematic is from B ( Λ c + → Λ π + η ) . Finally, we precisely obtain the absolute branching fraction B ( Λ c + → Λ π + η ) = ( 1.94 ± 0.0 7 stat ± 0.1 1 syst ) % .

Using 9.0 fb(-1) of e(+)e(-) collision data collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.178 to 4.278 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we perform the first search for the radiative transition chi(c1) (3872) -> chi psi(3823). No signal is observed and the upper limit on the ratio of branching fractions B(chi(c1) (3872) -> chi psi(2) (3823), psi(2) (3823) -> gamma chi(c1)/B chi(c1)(3872) -> pi(+)pi(-) J/psi) is set at 0.075 at the 90% confidence level. Our result contradicts theoretical predictions under the assumption that the chi(c1)(3872) is the pure charmonium state chi(c1)(2P).

Using (27.12 +/- 0.14) x 10(8) psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector, we present the first observation of the decays chi(cJ) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar omega, where J = 0, 1, 2, with statistical significances of 11.7s, 11.2s, and 11.8s. The branching fractions of these decays are determined to be B(chi(c0) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar omega) = (2.37 +/- 0.22 +/- 0.25) x 10(-4), B(chi(c1) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar omega) = (1.01 +/- 0.10 +/- 0.11) x 10(-4), and B(chi(c2) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar omega) = (1.40 +/- 0.13 +/- 0.17) x 10(-4), where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. We observe no clear intermediate structures.

<jats:p>Using e<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>e<jats:sup>-</jats:sup> annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb<jats:sup>-1</jats:sup> taken at the center-of-mass energy √s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector, a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup> and D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>(non-η). The fit fractions of individual components are obtained, and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→a<jats:sub>1</jats:sub>(1260)π, D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π(1300)π, D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→ρ(770)ρ(770) and D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→2(ππ)<jats:sub>S</jats:sub> are found in both channels. With the obtained amplitude model, the CP-even fractions of D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup> and D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>(non-η) are determined to be (75.2 ± 1.1<jats:sub>stat.</jats:sub> ± 1.5<jats:sub>syst.</jats:sub>)% and (68.9 ± 1.5<jats:sub>stat.</jats:sub> ± 2.4<jats:sub>syst.</jats:sub>)%, respectively. The branching fractions of D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup> and D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→π<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>π<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>(non-η) are measured to be (0.688 ± 0.010<jats:sub>stat.</jats:sub> ± 0.010<jats:sub>syst.</jats:sub>)% and (0.951 ± 0.025<jats:sub>stat.</jats:sub> ± 0.021<jats:sub>syst.</jats:sub>)%, respectively. The amplitude analysis provides an important model for binning strategy in the measurements of the strong phase parameters of D<jats:sup>0</jats:sup>→4π when used to determine the CKM angle γ(Φ<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>) via the B<jats:sup>-</jats:sup>→DK<jats:sup>-</jats:sup> decay. 摘要:
Using a sample of 448.1 x 10(6) psi(2S) events collected with the BESIII detector, we perform a study of the decay J/psi -> K+K- via psi(2S) -> pi(+)pi(-)J/psi. The branching fraction of J/psi -> K+K- is determined to be BK+K- = (3.072 +/- 0.023(stat) +/- 0.050(syst)) x 10(-4), which is consistent with previous measurements but with significantly improved precision.

With the data samples taken at center-of-mass energies from 2.00 to 3.08 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, a partial wave analysis on the e(+) e(-) -> pi(+) pi(-) pi(0) process is performed. The Born cross sections for e(+) e(-) -> pi(+) pi(-) pi(0) and its intermediate processes e(+) e(-) -> rho pi and rho(1450)pi are measured as functions of root s. The results for e(+) e(-) -> pi(+) pi(-) pi(0) are consistent with previous results measured with the initial state radiation method within one standard deviation, and improve the uncertainty by a factor of ten. By fitting the line shapes of the Born cross sections for the e(+) e(-) -> rho pi and e(+) e(-) -> rho(1450)pi, a structure with mass M = 2119 +/- 11 +/- 15 MeV/c(2) and width Gamma = 69 +/- 30 +/- 5 MeV is observed with a significance of 5.9s, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. This structure can be interpreted as an excited omega state.

Using a data sample of e (+) e (-) collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19 fb(- 1) collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we search for the production of deuterons and antideuterons via e (+) e (-) -> pp pi (-) d + c.c. for the first time at center-of-mass energies between 4.13 and 4.70 GeV. No significant signal is observed and the upper limit of the e (+) e (-) -> pp pi (-) d + c.c. cross section is determined to be from 9.0 to 145 fb depending on the center-of-mass energy at the 90% confidence level.

The J/psi,psi(3686) -> Sigma(0)(Sigma) over bar (0) processes and subsequent decays are studied using the world's largest J/psi and psi(3686) data samples collected with the BESIII detector. The parity-violating decay parameters of the decays Sigma(0) -> Lambda gamma and (Sigma) over bar (0) ->(Lambda) over bar gamma, alpha(Sigma 0) = -0.0017 +/- 0.0021 +/- 0.0018 and (alpha) over bar (Sigma 0) = 0.0021 +/- 0.0020 +/- 0.0022, are measured for the first time. The strong CP symmetry is tested in the decays of the S0 hyperons for the first time by measuring the asymmetry A(CP)(Sigma) = alpha(Sigma 0) + (alpha) over bar (Sigma 0) =(0.4 +/- 2.9 +/- 1.3) x 10(-3). The weak CP test is performed in the subsequent decays of their daughter particles Lambda and (Lambda) over bar. Also for the first time, the transverse polarizations of the Sigma(0) hyperons in J/psi and psi(3686) -> decays are observed with opposite directions, and the ratios between the S-wave and D-wave contributions of the J/psi, psi(3686) -> Sigma(0)(Sigma) over bar (0) decays are obtained. These results are crucial to understand the decay dynamics of the charmonium states and the production mechanism of the Sigma(0) - (Sigma) over bar (0) pairs.

One of the fundamental goals of particle physics is to gain a microscopic understanding of the strong interaction. Electromagnetic form factors quantify the structure of hadrons in terms of charge and magnetization distributions. While the nucleon structure has been investigated extensively, data on hyperons are still scarce. It has recently been demonstrated that electron-positron annihilations into hyperon-antihyperon pairs provide a powerful tool to investigate their inner structure. We present a method useful for hyperon-antihyperon pairs of different types which exploits the cross section enhancement due to the effect of vacuum polarization at the J/psi resonance. Using the 10 billion J/psi events collected with the BESIII detector, this allows a precise determination of the hyperon structure function. The result is essentially a precise snapshot of the (Lambda) over bar Sigma(0)(Lambda(Sigma) over bar (0)) transition process, encoded in the transition form factor ratio and phase. Their values are measured to be R = 0.860 +/- 0.029(stat.) +/- 0.015(syst.), Delta phi((Lambda) over bar Sigma 0) = (1.011 +/- 0.094(stat.) +/- 0.010(syst.)) rad and Delta phi(Lambda(Sigma) over bar0) = (2.128 +/- 0.094(stat.) +/- 0.010(syst.)) rad. Furthermore, charge-parity (CP) breaking is investigated in this reaction and found to be consistent with CP symmetry.

Using (27.12 +/- 0.14) x 10(8) psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector chi(c0) -> Sigma(+)<(Sigma)ver bar>(-)eta is observed for the first time with a signal significance of 7.0 sigma, and evidence for chi(c1) -> Sigma(+)<(Sigma)ver bar>(-)eta and chi(c2) -> Sigma(+)<(Sigma)ver bar>(-)eta is found with signal significances of 4.3 sigma and 4.6 sigma, respectively. The branching fractions are determined to be B(chi(c0) -> Sigma(+)<(Sigma)ver bar>(-)eta) = (1.26 +/- 0.20 +/- 0.13) x 10(-4), B(chi(c1) -> Sigma(+)<(Sigma)ver bar>(-)eta) = 5.10 +/- 1.21 +/- 0.67 x 10(-5), and B(chi(c2) -> Sigma(+)<(Sigma)ver bar>(-)eta) = (5.46 +/- 1.18 +/- 0.50) x 10(-5), where the first uncertainties are statistical, and the second ones are systematic.

Using a sample of about 10 billion J/psi events with the BESIII detector, we search for the weak decays of J/psi -> (D) over bar (0)pi(0) + c.c., J/psi -> (D) over bar (0)eta + c.c., J/psi -> (D) over bar (0)rho(0) + c.c., J/psi -> D-pi(+) + c.c., and J/psi -> (D) over bar (-)rho(+) + c.c., Since no significant signal is observed, we set the upper limits of the branching fractions of these decays to be B(J/psi -> (D) over bar (0)pi(0) + c.c.) < 4.7 x 10(-7), B(J/psi -> <(D)over bar>(0)eta + c.c.) < 6.8 x 10(-7), B(J/psi -> <(D)over bar>(0)rho(0) + c.c.) < 5.2x10(-7), B(J/psi -> <(D)over bar>(-)pi(+) c.c.) < 7.0 x 10(-8), and B(J/psi -> <(D)over bar>(-)rho(+) + c.c.) < 6.0 x 10(-7) at the 90% confidence level.

Using e(+)e(-) collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.33 fb(-1) recorded by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226 GeV, we present an analysis of the decay D-s(+) -> pi(+)pi(-)e(+)nu(e), where the D-s(+) is produced via the process e(+)e(-) -> D-s*(+/-) D-s(-/+). We observe the f(0) (980) in the pi(+)pi(-) system and the branching fraction of the decay D-s(+) -> f(0) (980)e(+)nu(e) with f(0)(980) -> pi(+)pi(-) measured to be (1.72 +/- 0.13(stat) +/- 0.10(syst)) x 10(-3), where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The dynamics of the D-s(+) -> f(0)(980)e(+)nu(e) decay are studied with the simple pole parametrization of the hadronic form factor and the Flatte formula describing the f(0)(980) in the differential decay rate, and the product of the form factor f(+)(f0)(0) and the c -> s Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element vertical bar V-cs vertical bar is determined for the first time to be f+f0(0)vertical bar V-cs vertical bar = 0.504 +/- 0.017(stat) +/- 0.035(syst). Furthermore, the decay D-s(+) -> f(0)(500)e(+)nu(e) is searched for the first time but no signal is found. The upper limit on the branching fraction of D-s(+) -> f(0)(500)e(+)nu(e), f(0)(500) -> pi(+)pi(-) decay is set to be 3.3 x 10(-4) at 90% confidence level.
