摘要:
Radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is an effective nonlinear learning model, which has a strong nonlinear fitting capability. The hidden neurons and the weight play important roles in the neural network. In the existing researches, the hidden neurons are computed in the form of a rigorous linear combination. And the weight is hard to be solved. To address these issues, in this paper a novel neural network named non-negative radial basis function neural network (NRBFNN) is proposed. The main thought of non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) is to be used to train the parameters of RBFNN. According to the structure of the neural network, the label information of the samples is decomposed into the weight matrix and the mapped feature by activation functions in polynomial feature space. And the proposed method is able to obtain the weight matrix and the hidden neurons implied in the activation functions iteratively. Furthermore, the proposed NRBFNN is able to improve the representability of the hidden neurons and the iterative formulas of the weight can ensure the solvability and interpretability of it. ORL, Yale and Caltech 101 face databases are selected for evaluations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms several related algorithms.

With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the demand of tourists about tourism product is growing.Tourism product packaging has a distinct regional and ethnic characteristics.In the packaging form, It is an important means of promoting the value of tourism products.[1]However,Touris m packaging industry not only to bring economic benefits to society at the same time, also bring the ecological environment and resource potential crisis.In the 1980s,human sustainable development strategy are put forward.The new concept of development is put forward with the changes of The Times, the demand of social economic development.The tourism products of green ecological packaging design began to be widely concerned.The sustainable development of green ecological design is an important subject of tourism industry, packaging industry in China.In the process of the research of the tourism product packaging,We should strictly carry out the general principles of the limit excessive packaging of clear rules.Four kinds of goods packaging,such as drink wine、cakes、tea and cosmetics.The packing layer is less than three layers.Food packing layer is no more than two layers.Beverage, wine, cake packing space is not more than 55% of goods volume,cosmetics do not exceed 50%,tea does not exceed 25%, food does not exceed 25%;Other food packaging gap should be no greater than 45%,packing layer should be not more than three layers.

Introduce one cooler manufacturer's several heat recovery schemes of the screw heat pump units, such as single-heat recovery with double-supply system, the heat pump units with three-supply system, heat pump water heater with single-supply system and the heat pump unit comes with energy saver. Respectively calculate the energy saved by each heat recovery scheme. Point out the applicable climate and regions of each scheme and deduce the optimum amount of energy saved in ensured the screw heat pump units' main function circumstances.

The teaching building is located in the hot summer and cold winter region in China, after the teaching building built, due to use of row window and poorly considers the indoor comfort, it is very hot in summer. This study measured temperature, pressure of the teaching building and take the measurements as initial boundary conditions, use CFD software simulates the indoor air environment, thermal environment, the indoor thermal comfort index (PMV-PPD) of it, through the simulation, the indoor environment of the teaching building need a greatly improved, this study provides reference for the teaching building of ecological green design and improvement.

In order to guarantee the quality of laboratory animal, the nation codes regulate the pressure differential between indoor and outdoor, the air environment of the laboratory animal room under different pressure differential were simulated and analyzed under different wind velocity by simulation software in this paper. The follow conclusions were draw: (1) when face to outside natural wind, the maximal pressure is always on 1/4 to 1/3 heights to the top. (2) The relationship between the windward side maximal pressure and natural wind velocity is P(max) = 0.5842u(2) + 0.1099u - 0.0555. (3) The outdoor wind velocity of most area in China are less than 7m/s, for the isolated environment, it is safety when the pressure differential is +40Pa, but for the barrier environment, it is dangerous when the pressure differential is +20Pa, especially for the coastal area. When the laboratory animal room was built, the pressure differential should be adjust and accordance with the local wind velocity.
