In order to guarantee the quality of laboratory animal, the nation codes regulate the pressure differential between indoor and outdoor, the air environment of the laboratory animal room under different pressure differential were simulated and analyzed under different wind velocity by simulation software in this paper. The follow conclusions were draw: (1) when face to outside natural wind, the maximal pressure is always on 1/4 to 1/3 heights to the top.
