摘要:
Biosorption has been developed as an effective and economic method to treat wastewater containing low concentrations of metal pollutants. In this study, a bacterium, Citrobacter freudii, was used as a biosorbent to adsorb uraniumions. The factors which influence the adsorption of uranium by Citrobacter freudii were investigated, including pH, the strain dosage and the initial concentrate of uranium. The results showed that the adsorption efficiency increased with the increased of pH in the beginning of the adsorption and reached its maximum at pH 6; when the strain dosage and the initial concentrate of uranium were 6.0g/L and 20mg/L, respectively, the adsorption efficiency reached 93.89% and 94.68%, respectively. The authors investigated the active sites of bacteria for biosorption and the results proved that carboxyl in the cell wall played an important role in biosorption.

摘要:
Heating energy consumption of rural buildings in China was analyzed in this paper. Thermal insulations were compared between some kinds of biomass and fossil materials. Application forms of biomass materials were discussed for heat insulation in rural buildings, and the potential was analyzed for energy-saving and CO2-emission-reducing. As a big agricultural country, the benefit and potential of biomass materials may be remarkable in heat insulation in rural buildings in the light of local conditions.

The rigidity of the principal axis of a CNC vertical boring-milling machine was analyzed, and the belt tension and end deformation were also calculated. A project was proposed to improve the structure of the principal axis for finish machining. After the discharge belt pulley was applied on the principal axis, the force transmission and the rigidity of principal axle system were improved considerably. The design and process means were proposed for the three added parts of the improved structure. The improved structure is simplified, secure and low-cost. The machining precision was increased, and the fixing was also become convenient.

Based on long-term testing and recording of room temperate in a bedroom of residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone, this assay focuses on comparative analysis of tested results and simulated results derived from the DeST software. It verifies the rationality and reliability of the DeST software, showing the feasibility that software DeST can be applied to analyze the energy consumption of residential building in hot summer and cold winter zone.

The effect of masss of natural diatomite, initial dye concentrations, pH and temperature on adsorption was investigated. The adsorption of reactive dye was slightly increased then decreased with rising amouts of natural diatomite that is increasing competition of natural diatomite. The removal rate of reactive black increase with the temperature because of endothermic reaction. The removal rates of reactive black from solution were decreased as the pH increase and gain the maximum in low pH. The removal rate for all concentrations were rapid at initial stages and then keep increase gradually until the progress until equilibrium reached.

The effects of impurities ions on the quality of the metallic zinc powder in zinc alkaline leaching electrowinning process are researched. The experimental results indicated that the ions of CO32-,SO42-,SiO32-, F- have no influences on zinc Electrowinning and the maximum concentration of the chlorine ion should be controlled under 20g/L, the concentration of the sulfide ion has significant influence on electrowinning process, the quality of zinc decreased by 5% even under the slight amount of sulfide ion condition.

Introduce one cooler manufacturer's several heat recovery schemes of the screw heat pump units, such as single-heat recovery with double-supply system, the heat pump units with three-supply system, heat pump water heater with single-supply system and the heat pump unit comes with energy saver. Respectively calculate the energy saved by each heat recovery scheme. Point out the applicable climate and regions of each scheme and deduce the optimum amount of energy saved in ensured the screw heat pump units' main function circumstances.

Solidified dredged materials as environment-friendly materials in construction domain are increasingly popular because of their better mechanical performance and low pollution. Based on the physical characteristic of dredged marine sediments, a series of tests, such as unconfined compressive strength test and tensile strength test, were performed to explore the mechanical properties of cement/lime-fly ash treated sediments for the beneficial use in road construction. Finally, the reinforcement mechanism of solidified sediments was explored by SEM tests from the point of view of the formation of CSH phases and the change in microstructure.

The application of elicitation teaching methods such as review enlightenment, thought enlightenment, correlation enlightenment and summary enlightenment in hydraulics course is explored combining the characteristics of hydraulics course. The teaching practice of many years shows excellent teaching effect was obtained through elicitation teaching method in this course.

This paper discusses particle deposition in rectangle air-conditioning duct using RSM (Reynold Stress Model) and random trajectory particle model. Particle with nominal diameters of 10-200 mu m are simulated at each of three nominal air speed: 4m/s, 6m/s and 8m/s, respectively, in the cross-section sizes of 160x120, 500x250, 1000x320mm In simulation, the paper compares and analyzes the influence factors of particles deposition in volume surface ratio of the given duct. The results show that: 1) particle deposition velocity increases with volume surface ratio; 2) As the inlet air speed increasing, when the particles deposited to floor and vertical wall, the image of dimensionless deposition velocity Vs dimensionless relaxation time shows a coincident trend when the duct cross-section sizes are 500x250, 1000x320mm, but has great differences with the image of 160x120mm.

摘要:
The control -exhaust mode of emergent ventilation, which uses the air jet from the slots to divide the large space into several sub -spaces, and to control the poison gas diffusion in the local area while discharge the poison gas completely, is put forward in this paper. By the method of numerical simulation, the ability were studied to control poison gas diffusion and the transportation process adopting the traditional up -exhaust mode of emergent ventilation or control -exhaust mode of emergent ventilation in the large space buildings. To conclude, it has been verified that the control -exhaust mode of emergent ventilation technology is correct and feasible. This mode can not only overcome the shortage that the up -exhaust technology lacks applicability to different poison gas, but also offer new design idea and technological means in designing the emergent ventilation engineering of the large space buildings.

In this paper, the heavy metal concentrations of the sewage sludge of a wastewater treatment plant in Changsha were analyzed. The sewage sludge samples were acidified with HNO3. After acidified, the pH values of the sewage sludges were 6.7, 3.2 and 1.9 respectively, and the speciations of Cd, Zn and Cu in the acidified sewage sludge were analyzed. This work focused on the removal efficiencies of Cd, Zn and Cu in the acidified sewage sludge by electrokineticremidiation. After five days electroremediation, except for Cu, the removal efficiencies of Cd, Zn in the acidified sewage sludge were enhanced obviously. Because the concentration of Zn in sewage sludge is high in our country, using Electroremediation Technique combining with anaerobic digestion treat sewage sludge, the removal efficiencies of heavy metals in sewage sludge can be enhanced greatly.
