摘要:
In this work, we systematically study the α decay half-lives of 196 even-even nuclei using a two-potential approach improved by considering nuclear deformation. The results show that the accuracy of this model has been improved after considering nuclear deformation. In addition, we extend this model to predict the α decay half-lives of Z = 118 and 120 isotopes by inputting the α decay energies extracted from the Weizsacker-Skyrme-type (WS-type) mass model, a simple nuclear mass formula, relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov theory and Duflo-Zuker-19 (DZ19) mass model. It is useful for identifying the new superheavy elements or isotopes for future experiments. Finally, the predicted α decay energies and half-lives of Z = 118 and 120 isotopes are analyzed, and the shell structure of superheavy nuclei is discussed. It shows that the shell effect is obvious at N = 184, while the shell effect at N = 178 depends on the nuclear mass model. © 2022 Institute of Theoretical Physics CAS, Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing.

摘要:
Hierarchical porous carbon-based electrodes, benefiting from their facilitated ion diffusion and electron conduction, have demonstrated enormous potential in supercapacitors. The preparation of hierarchical carbons with uniformity and appropriate porosity, however, still remains a grand challenge, which hinders their widespread applications. Herein, a hierarchical porous polyimide-derived carbon electrode (CPC-Fe/Zn) has been fabricated by employing bimetallic salts (Fe/Zn) as precursor and template to activate the cellulose/polyimide (PI) carbon (CPC). Originating from suitable distribution of mesopores and micropores, the obtained CPC-Fe/Zn delivers a high specific capacitance of 420 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g. Moreover, a symmetric supercapacitor device assembled with CPC-Fe/Zn exhibits delivers an energy density of 35.5 Wh/kg at a power density of 800 W/kg. Even at a larger current density of 20 A/g, the specific capacitance retention of such device still remains 92.5 % after 10,000 cycles, showing the rate performance and stability. This work has proposed a bimetallic salts template-assisted strategy to precisely modulate of the pore structure of carbon electrodes, which provides a promising platform to design superior electrodes for various electrochemical systems. © 2022

电渣重熔新技术的研究现状及发展趋势

摘要:
1940年美国霍普金斯获得了“Carol电铸锭”美国专利,电渣重熔技术被首次提出但未得到推广。1952年前苏联梅多瓦尔和巴顿两位科学家在实验室试制备了第一个不锈钢电渣锭。1958年,在乌克兰东南部城市扎波罗热第聂伯特钢厂建成了0.5 t P909型电渣炉。1959年—1960年建成了世界上第一个电渣重熔车间,开启了电渣重熔技术工业化时代。英国是最早从事电渣重熔技术研究的西方国家,随后各国冶金工业者纷纷开始研制多种新型电渣炉。奥地利INTECO公司开发了快速电渣技术(ESRR),该技术实现了快速和连续化操作,但这种快速电渣重熔技术存在的主要问题是电结晶器寿命太短,影响了其市场推广。为了满足多种不同断面且钢锭细长的需求,INTECO设计了一种可抽拉式底水箱、电极交换、滑动接触的平行双线母排、无需大电流软连接理念的抽锭试电渣重熔炉。德国VSG公司建成了世界上第一台加压电渣炉,工作压力为4.2 MPa,可生产直径为1 000 mm、质量达14.5 t的高氮钢锭,主要用于大型生产发电机护环钢。进入21世纪后,发达国家新建的电渣炉普遍采用保护气氛方式,德国还研究并设计制造了2台20 t的真空电渣炉分别在德国和日本得到工业应用。我国的电渣冶金技术起步也比较早,1958年我国冶金工作者开始电渣重熔技术的研究。1960年,双支臂抽锭式电渣重熔炉在重庆特殊钢厂成功建造。1964年在重庆召开第二届全国电渣冶金会议,这标志着着我国电渣冶金技术进入大规模研究开发和推广应用阶段。在过去的近60年中,我国冶金工作者在电渣冶金领域发现和发明了许多自己独特的理论和技术。21世纪以来,我国开发了一系列电渣重熔新技术,主要包括熔速控制的保护气氛电渣炉、真空电渣炉、加压电渣重熔设备及高氮钢制备技术、电渣连铸技术、电渣重熔超大扁锭技术、电渣重熔空心钢锭技术、导电结晶器技术以及电渣液态浇注技术等,使我国电渣重熔技术始终保持国际先进行列。本文简要回顾了电渣重熔工业生产的发展历史,重点对近年来的电渣冶金新技术进行了介绍和评价,包括电渣重熔技术、保护气氛电渣重熔技术、导电结晶器技术、加压电渣重熔、真空电渣重熔技术、特厚板坯电渣重熔技术、空心钢锭电渣重熔技术、大型钢锭电渣重熔技术、绿色环保型电渣重熔新渣系开发。在新的发展阶段,电渣冶金技术向高效、节能、环保和更高质量方向发展。

In the present work, based on the Hatsukawa formula (Phys Rev C 42:674, 1990), modifying the coefficient F(Z) of α decay half-lives which depends on the proton number of parent nucleus Z and considering the blocking effect of unpaired nucleons, we propose an improved semi-empirical formula for evaluating the favored α decay half-lives of even–even, odd-A and odd–odd nuclei. This formula can reproduce the experimental data of favored α decay half-lives taken from NUBASE2020 well. The corresponding root-mean-square (rms) deviations are reduced from 0.316, 0.366 and 0.398 to 0.237, 0.318 and 0.273 for even–even, odd-A and odd–odd nuclei, respectively. Moreover, we extend this formula to predict the α decay half-lives of 64 even–even nuclei with 104 ≤Z≤ 128 whose α decay are energetically allowed or observed but not yet quantified. For comparison, the Viola–Seaborg–Sobiczewski formula (VSS) proposed by Sobiczewski et al. and the universal decay law (UDL) proposed by Qi et al. are also used. 摘要:
锆合金因具有热中子吸收截面低等特有的性质,被广泛应用于核反应堆中,在核反应堆中起到预防核泄漏的作用。核燃料包壳管中的锆在核反应堆内高温、高压的水环境下,极易与水蒸气发生氧化反应生成大量氢气,从而引起“氢爆”导致核事故。为此,研究能一定程度上包容事故和具有固有安全性的耐事故燃料(ATF),对锆合金表面涂层制备尤为重要,其中Cr涂层在所考虑的各种涂层材料中具有明显优势,发展和研究潜力最大,成为重点的研究方向之一。综合分析了近年来国内外锆包壳表面Cr涂层的研究现状。介绍了Cr涂层的制备技术及工艺特点,并对不同技术制备的涂层的性能分析进行整合。总结归纳了Cr涂层的高温氧化性能,对今后涂层的研究方向提出见解。为进一步提升核电站安全性和可靠性的重要举措提供参考。

四足哺乳动物拥有着运动灵活、稳定性好、复杂环境适应性强等众多优点,得益于柔性脊柱与四肢的协调运动,共同完成对躯干的运动控制.针对目前四足机器人多为刚性躯干,在灵活性、稳定性和适应性方面存在不足.基于仿生学原理,设计了一种由舵机驱动含被动柔性脊柱的四足仿生机器人,并对机器人进行运动学分析,求出机器人腿部各关节转角与雅克比矩阵,对四足机器人的步态与足端轨迹进行规划,提出基于虚拟模型控制trot步态的控制方法,并使用Matlab与Adams联合仿真.仿真结果表明:四足机器人在该控制方法下能够实现连续平稳行走,初步验证了四足机器人结构设计合理,步态选择恰当,VMC控制方法稳定高效.

摘要:
针对目前普通民众垃圾分类难、拾荒者垃圾分拣难及垃圾收集设备本身空间利用差等问题,本文拟通过时间继电器配合马达,并使用定时器定时发送电机信号,使电机能够完成动态定时启动来驱动滚动筛轴滚动一周,自动将不同垃圾分层放置,从而解决了大众不能正确分辨垃圾类别的难题.而顶座上设置的放置槽,能够将饮料瓶放置在垃圾桶顶座的放置槽内,从而节省了垃圾桶的空间,也方便拾荒者收集塑料瓶,解决了垃圾桶使用不便的问题.同时,该装置还运用了云计算功能,克服了现有技术不足,拥有一种能根据不同天气定时启动设备的智能化干湿分离垃圾桶.

40CrNiMo钢表面激光熔覆层力学性能研究

为了提高40CrNiMo钢基体的力学性能,采用1000 W光纤激光器在40CrNiMo钢基体表面上制备铁基熔覆层.分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、万能试验机、显微硬度计等分析测试手段对涂层进行分析.结果表明:制备的涂层表面平整,基体与熔覆层之间存在明显的过渡区域,结合界面无气孔、裂纹等缺陷,与基体形成了较好的冶金结合.熔覆层显微组织由马氏体和少量的M23C6碳化物组成,基体与熔覆层之间的过渡区域主要以细小的等轴晶为主,熔覆层中部则以柱状晶和少量的树枝晶为主.熔覆层性能优异,相对于基体的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高了21.4%、22.9%和16.7%,显微硬度为415~450 HV0.2,均优于40CrNiMo钢.

乏燃料包壳切割装置应用于对乏燃料棒体的不锈钢外壳高精度切割去除,为了保证锯切精度问题,先对乏燃料包壳装置切削原理和乏燃料棒体结构进行简要分析说明,运用锯切机切削的数学理论公式对切削力能参数进行计算,得出平均切削力及平均锯切功率等参数。并且基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立金属锯切的有限元模型,对锯切过程进行仿真分析,得到锯切力、锯切温度和锯切应力分布数据,同时与理论计算得到的平均锯切力和文献所查得锯切热进行分析比较,验证数据的可靠性,为后续锯切研究提供有效数据。

摘要:
针对核电站检修时蒸汽发生器堵板操作的去人工化要求,提出采用机器人搭配计算机视觉实现设计方案。设计采用视觉定位堵板上的三维特征,夹爪与堵板进行孔对孔机械配合完成抓取。视觉定位系统硬件模块基于双目结构光进行堵板表面数据点云的快速采集,软件模块基于VisionPro采用C#编程语言进行开发,利用VisionPro中的3D图像获取、目标物体匹配等工具完成视觉手眼标定以及堵板的定位抓取。并在搭建的机器人平台和蒸汽发生器的模型上进行了实验验证。实验证明,该视觉定位系统能够提高定位的效率和精度,能够满足堵板抓取安装要求。

核电站大修期间,需安装高水位堵板将蒸汽发生器一次侧管座密封环封堵.为减少人工堵板受到的辐照剂量,设计采用机器人进行堵板,为满足机器人工作需要,对堵板设计约束条件进行分析,对高水位堵板机械结构进行合理设计,并通过有限元分析方法对工作状态下密封胶囊膨胀时的高水位堵板进行静力学分析.结果分析验证,采用分体式高水位堵板结构可缩短作业时间,提高工作效率,此结构具备可行性和合理性.

为解决干冰喷射去除核废金属表面放射性元素时所产生的气溶胶问题,需要设计净化装置对放射性气溶胶进行收集净化.集尘罩作为净化装置中的前端部分,负责对气溶胶进行收集.对集尘罩收集气溶胶时所需负压进行计算,并利用FLUENT软件,将此负压值设置为流场仿真中集尘罩压力出口的负压值,按均匀设计试验法进行方案设计,对6组试验分别进行仿真分析,最后利用MATLAB软件对结果进行回归分析,得到当扩张角为46°,罩口直径为350 mm时,颗粒逃逸出口所需时间最短.此研究方法与研究结果对于气溶胶净化装置中集尘罩的设计具有一定指导意义.

摘要:
To realize a synergistic effect between composition engineering and morphology modulation, PdO–Fe2O3 heterojunction architectures with various morphologies were fabricated by facile hydrothermal and solution impregnation methods. Afterwards, gas sensing devices were constructed from the as-prepared PdO–Fe2O3 composites, and their parameters were systematically investigated. The obtained results revealed that all PdO–Fe2O3 sensors exhibited excellent selectivity properties and high responses to target gases. Importantly, an urchin-like PdO–Fe2O3 sensing device produced the largest response of 75 to 50 ppm hydrogen sulfide at a PdO concentration of 4 wt%, which was approximately four times greater than that of a spherical PdO–Fe2O3 sensor. The urchin-like sensor was also characterized by the highest response recovery efficiency, water resistance, and long-term stability. Furthermore, the sensing mechanism of the fabricated PdO–Fe2O3 composite-based gas sensors was discussed comprehensively. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

Conquering the morphology barrier of ternary all-polymer solar cells by designing random terpolymer for constructing efficient binary all-polymer solar cells

摘要:
The ternary strategy based on two electron donors and one electron acceptor can effectively expand the absorption and photovoltaic performance of all-polymer solar cells (all-PSC). However, it is still challenging to realize the ideal morphology of the ternary blend film through reasonable molecular design. To overcome the morphology barrier of ternary all-PSC, here we replaced physical blending of two donors (P1 and P2) by chemical random ternary copolymerization obtaining a terpolymer namely P1-co-25%P2. The binary all-PSCs constructed by integrating P1-co-25%P2 with a polymerized non-fullerene acceptor PYFT exhibited an impressively high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.67%, which obviously outperformed those of obtained from ternary all-PSCs based on P1:P2:PYFT. Further morphology characterization of these blend films revealed that the incorporation of the P2 unit in the P1 backbone can optimize the π-π stacking, miscibility and phase separation that beneficial to exciton diffusion and charge transport, illustrating the unparalleled superiority of the random ternary copolymerization strategy compared to the ternary blending strategy. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
针对Cr12MoV钢轧辊感应淬火易开裂及硬化层深度的问题,研究了预热温度、淬火加热温度、感应圈移动速度和电源频率对Cr12MoV钢轧辊的硬度、开裂和硬化层深度的影响,探索了Cr12MoV钢轧辊具备高硬度不开裂及厚硬化层的方法。结果表明, Cr12MoV钢轧辊调质态硬度低于32 HRC与预热温度高于450 ℃时,能避免淬火开裂;随着感应淬火温度或感应圈移动速度提高,淬火Cr12MoV钢轧辊硬度出现先升高后降低的趋势,但无法明显影响硬化层深度;而随着感应电源频率降低,淬火Cr12MoV钢轧辊硬化层深度明显增加,但对淬火件硬度影响较小。

摘要:
Fano resonances that feature strong field enhancement in the narrowband range have motivated extensive studies of light–matter interactions in plasmonic nanomaterials. Optical metasurfaces that are subject to different mirror symmetries have been dedicated to achieving nanoscale light manipulation via plasmonic Fano resonances, thus enabling advantages for high-sensitivity optical sensing and optical switches. Here, we investigate the plasmonic sensing and switches enriched by tailorable multiple Fano resonances that undergo in-plane mirror symmetry or asymmetry in a hybrid rotational misalignment metasurface, which consists of periodic metallic arrays with concentric C-shaped- and circular-ring-aperture unit cells. We found that the plasmonic double Fano resonances can be realized by undergoing mirror symmetry along the X-axis. The plasmonic multiple Fano resonances can be tailored by adjusting the level of the mirror asymmetry along the Z-axis. Moreover, the Fano-resonance-based plasmonic sensing that suffer from mirror symmetry or asymmetry can be implemented by changing the related structural parameters of the unit cells. The passive dual-wavelength plasmonic switches of specific polarization can be achieved within mirror symmetry and asymmetry. These results could entail benefits for metasurface-based devices, which are also used in sensing, beam-splitter, and optical communication systems.

摘要:
The oxidation efficiency and leaching rate of ozone micro-nano bubbles (OMNBs) on UO2 and sandstone uranium ore were explored and evaluated through a batch oxidation experiment of sandstone uranium ore and a continuous flow oxidation experiment of UO2. OMNBs can accelerate the rate of oxidative leaching. Oxidation mainly relies on ozone oxidation. Oxidation of sandstone uranium ore by OMNBs was feasible, and OMNBs may solve current problems encountered in production practice. The continuous flow experiment verified the feasibility of the large-scale experiment and provided a new method for CO2 + O2 ISL of uranium under normal pressure in the future. © 2022, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.
