摘要:
According to main characteristic of digital strip mine enterprise management and application actuality, modem flat-styled management model theory and geographical information system (GIS) technology are introduced, its system structure and running mode are constructed, namely management decision-making system of upper layer, perforated blasting system and truck transportation dispatch system of process control system of underlayer, manufacturing executing system of middle layer. In order to ensure system integration and system optimization of digital mine enterprise, at first, the controlled variable parameter model of integration system was established with adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system, it will obtain global optimal solution by swarm simulation ecology optimization algorithm which combine genetic algorithm, immune algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm, namely corresponding parameter are optimized successfully, and it will create better economic benefit. It is not only to realize real-time optimization of digital strip mine integration system, but also it provides important reference value for effective implementation of other digital enterprise.

摘要:
The full automation of machine tools has gained substantial importance in manufacturing industries in recent years, as machining technology has progressed from manually operated production machines to highly advanced and sophisticated CNC machine tool. Whereas manufacturing technology has moved to the stage of automation, there is still an unsolved problem in metal cutting processes: cutting chatter. Due to its complexity, thus cutting chatter is still the primary problem in metal cutting processes. According to the characteristic of cutting chatter, a real time monitoring technique of cutting chatter based on fuzzy hidden Markov model (FHMM) was presented. Hidden Markov model (HMM) is a state-of-the-art technique for speech recognition because of its elegant mathematical structure and the availability of computer implementation of these models. In this paper, the fuzzy EM algorithm was used to the Baum-Welch algorithm in the HMM method, and the strategy of time frequency feature extraction to non-stability signal was described. The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective for the monitoring of cutting chatter in the metal cutting processes.

摘要:
In this paper we propose video coding grid environment (VCGE), which is a project to provide a high performance video-coding platform in a grid-computing environment. As far, computational grids have become a vital emerging platform for high performance computing and video coding applications with high computing complexity have been used widely in many scientific research areas. We adopt the H.264 video compression technologies that are due to get high coding efficiency and high encoding performance in the new JVT while have very high computing complexity. VCGE is a combination of grid and H.264 video compression techniques on which complex video coding and other related applications can be carried out. In this paper, we discuss the infrastructure to provide the integration platform with both techniques, and give the components of the environment, which provides flexible and useful mechanism to achieve high video coding performance for video coding applications. The proposed design is very efficient for more complex video coding applications and presents us a novel video coding technology, which is leading a direction of grid application development

摘要:
New vaccine approaches against challenge infection by Schistosoma japonicum (S.j) were explored in our study. Mice were immunized with cultured live cells from 12d old juvenile (JC) and 30d old adult worms (AC), respectively. The parasitological results showed that worm reduction rate was 41.17%similar to 56.87% in JC group and 23.42%similar to -10.04% in AC group. The immunological results showed a highly significant positive correlation between the Th1 immune response and the level of resistance.

A 6-degree-of-freedom microvibration isolation system for an ultra-precision machine tool has been developed. This system uses four air springs as passive vibration isolation elements and eight giant magnetostrictive actuators as active vibration isolation elements. Four vertical actuators and air springs are set in parallel to make use of the giant magnetostrictive actuators effectively. The displacement and velocity of the ultra-precision machine tool are chosen as the output feedback variables for the controller. The H(infinity) control approach is used to design the active vibration control system. Computer simulations and experiments are carried out to verify this system's microvibration control performance. The simulation and experimental results show that the developed active vibration control system has good isolation performance against the floor disturbance over wide frequency area.

摘要:
On the basis of the human' cognitive model, the hierarchy framework of causal factors of human errors is built in this paper. Regarding the data of human factor events in certain plant as the example, Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) method in grey system theory is introduced to quantitatively calculate and analyze the relativities of various factors causing human errors in the hierarchy framework, such as between human error and main factors, between human error and various sub-factors and among various sub-factors under the same main factor. The analysis results shows that the key factor of human errors is management control of organization, next the factors of personal quality, and last the environment factor.

Based on the bionics mechanics, a vibration isolation platform is developed. This system uses air springs and rubber layer as passive vibration isolation elements and giant magnetostrictive actuators as active vibration isolation elements. Actuators and air springs are arranged in parallel. The air springs and the rubber layer of the passive system are synthesized so as to minimize the root-mean-square values of amplitude of the isolation platform and the discrete time LQG controller based on a state space model is employed for controlling actuators. Simulation studies show that the developed active vibration control system has good isolation performance against the floor disturbance over wide frequency area. For random or white noise excitation, the amplitude of isolation platform is reduced to approximately 15% by the active control system.

The paper uses multi-dimensioned human error factor identification technique to conduct factor identification and establishes a detailed factor identification table. It divides human behavior into five different phases of system state monitoring, state analysis, target analysis, plan confirmation and behavior conduction and dissects their possible human error causes and modes. According to factor identification and human error cause, mode and results, the paper, taking organization as an example, expounds the construction course of human error factor tree and finally accomplishes a complete human error factor tree.
