Aimed at the characteristics of strong nonlinearity, uncertainty, time-variance and serious interconnection etc for AC electric arc-furnace (EAF). A new control method is put forward, in which fuzzy-neural network is applied. Mamdani fuzzy model is adopted in the control system, its structure has four layers. According to the gradient descent strategy, the variable learning speed algorithm of the off-line is used to seek for the better parameters of membership function and the weights of the links between layer III and layer W, the invariable learning speed algorithm of the on-line is used to search for their optimization parameters. The unbalanced technical question of the AC EAF's three phase current is solved by fuzzy-neural control method. At the same time, the hard structure and soft structure of system are introduced in this paper. It has better robustness and real-time ability in running system.

According to the properties of cutting chatter, a new chatter forecast system has been developed based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). This system uses HMM as the recognition method and SVM as the prediction method. At the same time, means like wavelet package decomposition are also employed to extract the cutting features. The basic idea and general steps of this method are as follow. Firstly, the cutting signals are analyzed step by step in the same interval using wavelet packet decomposition. Secondly, the energy in every spectrum section are calculated and scaled in order to get general property. As a result, the energy distribution information and energy transition curve of different spectrum section can be retrieved. Then, SVR algorithm is applied to predict the trend of energy transition. The results, after scalar quantized, at last are input into HMMs to determine whether in chatter period. Certainly, current state still needs to be distinguished. The simulation results indicate that the new predicting method has good discriminating performances and high forecast accuracy.

Uraniferous coal deposits are a specific kind of uranium ore resource. This kind of uranium ore resource accounts for a relative part of all uranium ore resources in china. We started to mine such deposits in the late 1960's. But this mining practice was stopped for some reasons in the late 1980's. During recent years, shortage of electricity has occurred from time to time. The way out to this shortage is to develop nuclear power. This compels us to mine the uraniferous coal deposits again. For this reason, this paper discusses the sources of radiation in underground uraniferous coal mine and. describes the effective technical measures for controlling and reducing radiation hazards. These measures can be used for mining the uraniferous coal deposits underground.

摘要:
In the light of the analysis of CNM (contract net model), this paper brought forward an improved solution based on cooperative scoring. First, we attributed the motives of cooperation to the pursuit of the cooperative scores (credit score and task score). Second, the cooperation behavior was turned into multi-objective optimization decision for single agent. Third, the stress of cooperation support was changed into keeping the balance of creditable agents and utilitarian agents. We called this novel model as CS-CNM (contract net model based on cooperative scoring). By means of the simulation, this model shows moderate adaptability, which is meaningful and helpful for complex applications in the situations of self-interested agent.
