摘要:
Relative to gear shaping and gear hob, using gear slotting produces herringbone gear which is used in nuclear power turbine speed redactor has more obvious technical and economic benefits, but profile angle error of slotting cutter causes profile error and base pitch deviation of herringbone gear. It will result in high-frequency noise which damages the tactical and technical performance of warship. By analyzed the wire cutting system of rack cutter used in MAAG type gear machining for herringbone gear, the mathematical model of error prediction for rack cutter profile angle was founded. On the base of model of error prediction, the principle of error control and the method of revision control are presented. Finally, the example of prediction and control is provided.

摘要:
The Hidden Markov Model (HMM) offers a powerful framework for temporal modeling of features extracted from time varying signals, and the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) has been widely used for pattern recognition, time series prediction, and optimization and forecasting. This paper describes a hybrid HMM/ANN approach which is a very competitive alternative to standard HMM for cutting chatter monitoring both in terms of performances and recognition accuracy. The hybrid HMM/ANN system uses ANN, usually a Multi-layer Perceptron ANN, to integrate the multi-stream inputs as feature transformation, whose goal is to take the advantages from the properties of both HMM and ANN. Experimental results show the efficiency of the hybrid system in monitoring of cutting process.
摘要:
A bandwidth adaptable third-order all-digital phase-locked loop (PLL) based on PI control algorithm is proposed in this paper. On the analysis of the mathematical model of analog PLL system, mathematical model for bandwidth adaptable all-digital PLL is firstly established and theoretical analysis is therefore carried out, and then the relationship between the proportional/integral parameters of the PLL and the input signal frequency is derived. And finally under the Matlab/Simulink (R) environment, system-level model for the PLL is directly constructed using DSP Builder (R), and system design is completed by using VHDL and is implemented on a FPGA based platform. Both system simulation and experimental results confirm the correctness of the design. The control parameters of this PLL change adaptively with the variation of input signal frequency, and it features with its high frequency-locking speed, wide frequency-tracking range, easy integration and broad versatility.

According to two uranium mine air vents when the normal operation of the monitoring data, It was been projected the distribution of radioactive nuclide effluents, emissions, its main mechanism of radionuclide migration and the end result was discussed and studied uranium mine air vents on the surface run-time Ecology (atmosphere, soil, vegetation, etc.) environmental impact, it shows: With climate warming, the operation of uranium air vents impact on the surrounding ecological environment will gradually increase. Control of uranium effluent emissions from air vents is to improve the ecological environment near the exhaust port an important measure, we recommend the establishment of controlled areas and supervised the mouth ventilation in the installation of exhaust purification equipment.
