摘要:
Influences of curing period and dry density on Moisture content and compressive strength were investigated through eight different densities of foamed concrete be in 650 kg/m(3) to 850 kg/m(3). The research results show that foam concrete in same age stages with increasing dry density, compressive strength increased, while reducing the moisture content; With an increase in the dry density grade, the compressive strength was significantly enhanced; the relation between the foam concrete compressive strength and moisture content reached 0.9939.

In this paper, we have presented a new method to remove Cr (VI) ions from aqueous solution. Chitosan and ferrous ions were added together to the chromium-contained solution, through two-step pH adjust, 0.5 g·l-1 chitosan and 2.0 g·l-1 FeSO4·7H2O could reduce Cr (VI) ions from 100 mg·l-1 to 0.01 mg·l-1. As compared with chitosan and ferrous alone used to remove Cr (VI), for 100 mg·l-1 Cr (VI) solution, the maximum of percentage removal of Cr (VI) by chitosan reached 94.08% when the dosage was up to 3.0 g·l-1 , ferrous ions can remove 99.96% Cr (VI) ions when the dosage was up to 3.0 g·l-1. The experimental results showed that the method of removal Cr (VI) by chitosan cooperated with ferrous ions was of great application prospect due to its high removal rate, quick removal velocity and less sludge volume.

Calix[6] arene hydroxamic derivatives were synthesized by two steps using calix[6] arene, ethyl bromoacetate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as the main raw materials, and were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The extraction of U(VI) by calix[6] arene and its hydroxamic derivatives on various experimental conditions were studied. The extraction results showed that pH played an important role in the extraction system. Maximum extraction was observed at a pH of 5.0 within 20 min, and the dynamic extraction model corresponded to a pseudo-second order model.

Electrolytic method is applied to recover nickel from the simulated nickel-containing electroplating wastewater. The experiment studied the main parameters affecting the recovery of nickel, including titanium plate, titanium mesh and graphite as cathode materials, other parameters such as initial concentration of nickel ions, voltage, plate distance, temperature and initial pH value. During the experiment, changing one parameter and keeping the other parameters constant for 6 hours and the recovery and current efficiency are used as evaluation indexes to describe the results of experiment. It's noticed that titanium plate is the optimum cathode and under the condition of initial concentration of nickel ions 20g/L, voltage 4.0V, plate distance 15mm, temperature 50 degrees C and initial pH value 7.0, the recovery efficiency reaches the maximum of 73.12% and the current efficiency is 59.26%.

Calix[6]arene carbon chain alkyl sulfoxide derivative have been successfully synthesized. IR spectra confirmed the introduction of sulfoxide group on calix[6]arene. UV spectra indicated that calix[6]arene sulfoxide derivative has a high complexation of uranium. The coordination ratio between the calix[6]arene sulfoxide derivative with uranium is 3:2, which was determined by Job’s method. Extraction experiments showed that the extraction efficiency of uranium is able to achieve 73.8%, which suggested the potential application of calix[6]arene sulfoxide derivative as an excellent uranium extraction agent.

This paper aims to investigate the adsorption of Cr (VI) by cross-linked magnetic hydroxamated chitosan (MHCTS). The adsorption experiments were carried out in batch systems. To determine the optimum condition of the adsorption, factors such as pH, reaction time, initial Cr (VI) concentration and adsorbent dosage were considered. The experimental results showed that MHCTS can adsorb Cr (VI) with high efficiency. Optimum adsorption was observed at pH 4.0, and the highest adsorption removal reached 99.2%. The equilibrium was established within 90 min. The process could be described by pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.

In order to investigate the mechanism of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) influencing sludge characteristics, variations of extractable EPS from municipal sewage sludge by acid/alkaline pretreatment and gamma-ray irradiation were studied. The changes in constituents of EPS were analyzed by UV-vis spectra and SEM images. The effects of alkaline pretreatment and gamma-ray irradiation on the functional groups in EPS were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. Results showed that the extractable EPS increased clearly with increasing irradiation dose from 0 to 15 kGy. UV-vis spectra indicated that a new absorption band from 240 nm to 300 nm existed in all irradiated samples, apart from acid condition. The results of FTIR spectroscopic analysis indicated that, irradiation influenced major functional groups in EPS, such as protein and polysaccharide, and these effects were clearer under alkaline condition. SEM images provided that after alkaline hydrolysis, gamma-ray irradiation was more effective in resulting in the sludge flocs and cells broken, compared with acid pretreatment (pH 2.50). Fe-immobilized bentonite, prepared with bentonite and FeCl3 was used for the adsorption of uranium(VI) in this study, solution pH, ion strength, contact time and temperature were investigated, structural characterization of Fe-immobilized bentonite was assayed by X-ray Diffraction and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. Results indicated that the adsorption capacity were strongly affected by the solution pH and ion strength, the adsorption efficiency was 91.8% when pH value was 6 and ion strength was 0.01 mol•L-1, higher or lower pH did not favor the U(VI) adsorption. The adsorption mechanism was discussed by the views of reactive kinetics and thermodynamics along with Scanning Electron Microscope. The adsorption kinetics process was fitted well with the second-order kinetic equation, when the initial U(VI) concentration was less than 38.08mg/L, Langmuir equations could describe the adsorption isotherm of U(VI) well with the maximum adsorption capacity of 169.5mg/g at 303K
