摘要:
This paper is concerned with the existence of solutions for nonlinear impulsive fractional differential equations with families of mixed and closed boundary conditions. In both cases, the fractional derivative of lower order is involved in the formulation of impulsive conditions. By means of the Banach fixed point theorem, Schaefer fixed point theorem and Nonlinear alternative of Leray-Sthauder type, some existence results are obtained. Examples are given to illustrate the results.

Let k be an algebraically closed field, A a finite dimensional connected (p,q)-Koszul self-injective algebra with p,q >= 2. In this paper, we prove that the Yoneda algebra of A is isomorphic to a twisted polynomial algebra A(!)[t; beta] in one indeterminate t of degree q+1 in which A(!) is the quadratic dual of A, beta is an automorphism of A(!), and tb = beta(b)t for each t is an element of A(!). As a corollary, we recover Theorem 5.3 of [2].

摘要:
A new method for measuring the relative intensity noise (RIN) of a laser is proposed and verified by experiment in this paper. As an important module of microwave-photonic link (MPL). the RIN of a laser has contribution to systematic noises of MPL in the type of the intensity modulation and direct detection (IM-DD), so the phase noise of transmitted carrier would increase. This physical phenomenon is used to measure RIN of a laser and this method avoids the influence of near-dc noise and is unrestricted by the power of the laser compared with previous methods.

Essential proteins are vitally important for cellular survival and development, and identifying essential proteins is very meaningful research work in the post-genome era. Rapid increase of available protein-protein interaction (PPI) data has made it possible to detect protein essentiality at the network level. A series of centrality measures have been proposed to discover essential proteins based on the PPI networks. However, the PPI data obtained from large scale, high-throughput experiments generally contain false positives. It is insufficient to use original PPI data to identify essential proteins. How to improve the accuracy, has become the focus of identifying essential proteins. In this paper, we proposed a framework for identifying essential proteins from active PPI networks constructed with dynamic gene expression. Firstly, we process the dynamic gene expression profiles by using time-dependent model and time-independent model. Secondly, we construct an active PPI network based on co-expressed genes. Lastly, we apply six classical centrality measures in the active PPI network. For the purpose of comparison, other prediction methods are also performed to identify essential proteins based on the active PPI network. The experimental results on yeast network show that identifying essential proteins based on the active PPI network can improve the performance of centrality measures considerably in terms of the number of identified essential proteins and identification accuracy. At the same time, the results also indicate that most of essential proteins are active.

摘要:
In this paper, dynamical behaviors for a competition and cooperation model of two enterprises with two delays are investigated. By choosing the diverse delay as a bifurcation parameter, we show that the complex Hopf bifurcation phenomenon at the positive equilibrium of the system can occur as the diverse delay crosses some critical values. Finally, some numerical simulations supporting our theoretical results and the economic meaning of the model are also presented.

The monotonicity properties of all the zeros with respect to a parameter of orthogonal polynomials associated with an even weight function are studied. The results we obtain extend the work of A. Markoff. The monotonicity of the zeros of Gegenbauer, Freud-type and symmetric Meixner–Pollaczek orthogonal polynomials as well as Al-Salam–Chihara q-orthogonal polynomials are investigated. For the Meixner–Pollaczek polynomials, a special case of a conjecture by Jordaan and Toókos which concerns the interlacing of their zeros between two different sequences of Meixner–Pollaczek polynomials is proved.

In this paper, a reaction–diffusion model describing temporal development of tumor tissue, normal tissue and excess H+ ion concentration is considered. Based on a combination of perturbation methods, the Fredholm theory and Banach fixed point theorem, we theoretically justify the existence of the traveling wave solution for this model.

A three dimensional bounce-averaged Fokker-Planck (FP) numerical code has been newly developed based on fully implicit iterative solving method, and relativistic effect is also included in the code. The code has been tested against various benchmark cases: Ohmic conductivity in the presence of weak Ohmic electric field, runaway losses of electrons in the presence of strong Ohmic electric field, lower hybrid current drive and electron cyclotron current drive via two- or three-dimensional simulation. All the test cases run fast and correctly during calculations. As a result, the code provides a set of powerful tools for studying radio frequency wave heating and current drive in tokamak plasmas.
