摘要:
Based on the analysis of relationship among the power, torque and stator flux-linkage, the efficiency optimization of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system for urban rail traction based on instantaneous power control is presented during the transiently operating process of accelerating and braking region. The goal of the method is to control reactive power as zero and improve power factor at the same output of active power. Instantaneously input active and reactive power are changed by the control of stator flux amplitude and position angle to improve the system efficiency, torque output capability, and response speed. Efficiency optimization control system is implemented using a STM32F103 embedded microcontroller. The validity of the proposed strategy is proved by the simulation and experimental results.

According to the requirements of dynamic design for high-speed and heavy-loading marine gear, in view of slotting processing advantages, modification profile slotting cutter used to achieve modify high-speed and heavy-loading marine gear, and the modification profile of slotting cutter designed to the profile which consists of multiple segments of different profile shape profile angle, the modification profile angles of slotting cutter corresponding sections of involutes deduced using the profile angle error analysis theory, modification profile of slotting cutter precision designed based on engagement principle of slotting gear.
摘要:
The stabilization of slopes by placing passive piles is one of the innovative slope reinforcement techniques in recent years. There are numerous empirical and numerical methods for designing stabilizing piles. They can generally be classified into two different types: (1) pressure/displacement-based methods; (2) finite element/finite difference methods. However, seldom studies have been done on the stratified rock slope reinforced by piles, so in the present paper, the numerical simulation software FLAC3D is adopted to model the stratified rock slope, then the reinforced effect like deformation and stress of slope are studied, showing that if the pile is driven at the mid-bottom place of slope surface, the effect of controlling deformation of rock mass is the best. With increase of the length of pile, the maximum displacement of slope is decreased gradually.

EB病毒(EBV)是淋巴瘤发生的一个重要因素,EB病毒基因表达产物潜伏膜蛋白(1atentmembrane protein LMP)包括LMP-1、LMP-2A和LMP-2B。LMP-1通常被认为是病毒致瘤基因,是肿瘤形成过程中的主要促进因子。近年来研究表明LMP-1具有介导细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡的功能。采集健康献血员的外周静脉血,分离正常人淋巴细胞,移植到严重联合免疫缺陷动物SCID小鼠体内,建立SCID小鼠体内EBV感染诱发淋巴瘤的动物模型。病理学检查确定诱发瘤是人缘性B细胞淋巴瘤。应用实时定量PCR方法检测正常人淋巴细胞、诱发淋巴瘤细胞中Lmp(LMP-1、LMP-2A、LMP-2B)的差异表达情况。实时定量PCR结果表明:LMP-1、LMP-2A在诱发淋巴瘤细胞中均表达上调,LMP-2B在"正常人"淋巴细胞、诱发淋巴瘤细胞中均表达。Western-blot检测LMP-1在诱发淋巴瘤细胞中表达比在正常人淋巴细胞中增强,这些结果提示在EBV诱导淋巴瘤发生过程中LMP可能起重要作用。

摘要:
Firstly, the thesis analyzes the basic concepts and features of X3D virtual reality modeling language (VRML), X3D is 3D graphic criterion that is follow on, extensible. Secondly, the thesis presents the application frame of VRML in B2C Electronic Commerce systems. By using the technology of VRML, such as the 3D modeling technology, interactive technology and database access technology combined with ASP, the E-commerce system can connect business and customer. The B2C E-commerce platform based on X3D/VRML technology has the trait of instant, 3d, interactive and verisimilitude, provide enhanced receptivity and interactivity for E-commerce. With the organic integration of E-commerce system and VRML technology, the competitiveness of E-commerce will be improved. Virtual 3D B2C E-commerce system will be the platform for enterprise informatization.
