The all-in-one water-borne inorganic-organic hybrid architectural coating is prepared by taking a compounded product of a silica sol, silicate water-borne inorganic film-forming matter and an organic polymer emulsion as a base material through the steps of adding various pigments/fillers and auxiliaries into the base material, then carrying out beating, grinding and paint mixing on the obtained mixture. The coating has various functions such as environmental friendliness, non-toxicity, thermal insulation, ultra scrubbing resistance, abrasion resistance, yellowing resistance, ageing resistance, fouling resistance, good air permeability, and sound insulation.

Disclosed are a water-soluble modified melamine-formaldehyde impregnating resin, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The steps are as follows: preparing a water-soluble methyl etherified melamine-formaldehyde resin an addition polycondensation reaction of formaldehyde and melamine, etherifying with methanol, and compounding with an osmotic agent and a formaldehyde-removing agent such as urea; preparing a water-soluble acrylic ester emulsion toughening agent through an emulsion polymerization method using acrylic ester monomers and styrene; and preparing a water-soluble polyurethane emulsion modification agent through a self-emulsification method using toluene diisocynate, polyether dihydroxy propionic acid, and ethylene diamine; and mixing the three resins at a certain weight ratio to obtain the water-soluble modified melamine-formaldehyde resin of the present invention. The resin is applicable to the impregnation of paper edge banding and decorative paper in the furniture and paper-making industries, and has the advantages of good flexibility, low formaldehyde residue, and stability in a long term. The preparation process of the present invention is simple, which prevents the risk and pollution caused by the diffusion of hazardous solvents, and achieves green production, energy saving, and emission reduction.

A device and a method for monitoring driving behaviors of a driver based on video detection. The monitoring device comprises an image capturing and preprocessing module (2), a functional key module (3), an alarm (4), a display (5), an external memory card (6), a power supply module (1) and a central processing unit (7). The monitoring method comprises: performing a device self-test and the central processing unit (7) configuring an internal register of the image capturing and preprocessing module (2); the image capturing and preprocessing module (2) capturing image data and preprocessing an analog image signal; the central processing unit (7) converting a format of the preprocessed data; recognizing a driving behavior of a driver based on video detection; and if it is determined that the behavior is a violation behavior, the alarm (4) sending a corresponding alarm, and storing a corresponding violation image in the external memory card (6) for follow-up verification and tracking. The present invention can effectively monitor whether a driver has a violation behavior during driving, and send an alarm in response to the violation behavior, thereby effectively avoiding traffic accidents resulting from violations of the driver.

A device for synchronously removing nitrogen and phosphorus in mixed municipal sewage and fecal sewage by using A2/O-biomembrane is provided, which comprises an anaerobic tank (1), an anoxic tank (2), a first aerobic tank (3), a second aerobic tank (15) and a sedimentation tank (4) connected in turn. The second aerobic tank (15) is connected with the anoxic tank (2) through a pipeline (8) and a mixed-liquid reflux pump (9), and the sedimentation tank (4) is connected with the anaerobic tank (1) through a pipeline (7) and a sludge reflux pump (14). Suspended filling materials (11) are dispensed into the first aerobic tank (3) and the second aerobic tank (15) and the suspended filling materials are three-dimensional hollow light porous ceramisite. At the same time, a method for synchronously removing nitrogen and phosphorus in mixed municipal sewage and fecal sewage by using A2/O-biomembrane is also provided. In the method, by feeding the suspended filling materials into an aeration tank in the traditional A2O technology, carriers with the surface for attachment and growth of microorganism are provided, biomass in the aeration tank is increased, treating ability for waste water is improved and sewage bulking is overcome, and simultaneous existence attached phases and suspended phases in the aeration tank sufficiently exerts their superiority. On the premise that the volume of a reactor is not increased, the method intensifies a nitration reaction condition, improves the function of removing nitrogen and phosphorus in the traditional active sludge method technology, solves the contradiction of sludge age which exists in the nitrogen and phosphorus removing process of the traditional A2/O technology and has good water processing effect.

An LED illumination lamp comprises a power supply (6), LEDs, a circuit board, and a reflective bowl (1). The reflective bowl (1) consists of a convex surface and a concave surface. The center portion of the top part of the reflective bowl (1) is the convex surface, and the rest portion of the top part is the concave surface. The portion between the convex surface and the concave surface is a smooth transitional portion. The side surface of the reflective bowl (1) is a truncated cone and is connected with the concave surface. The circuit board (3) is fixed in the reflective bowl (1) by supporting frames (4). LEDs (2) are soldered to the circuit board (3) and located between the convex surface of the reflective bowl (1) and the circuit board (3). A gap is left between the light emitting surface of the LEDs (2) and the convex surface of the reflective bowl (1). The circuit board (3) is an aluminum base board. The LED illumination lamp has a favorable natural radiating effect, avoids dazzle and provides a uniform illumination.

Provided is a method for managing a hierarchical-group key based on linear geometry, which includes the following steps: step 1, a central controller selects a finite field F, a mapping f and a constant N which are used by a group, and selects an N-dimension private vector for each sub-group; step 2, the central controller selects a mapping parameter r, and maps the private vectors into a set of new vectors in vector space; step 3, the central controller selects a sub-group key for each sub-group, constructs n linear equations sets, and then solves the linear equations sets to obtain results, i.e. public vectors, and n sets of public vectors compose a public matrix; the central controller transmits the public matrix and the mapping parameter r to all sub-group controllers through public channel broadcast or multicast; step 4, the sub-group controllers work out their own secret vectors, and then obtain a set of key vectors by using the secret vectors and the public matrix to perform a linear transform. The present invention displays the advantages of simplicity and flexibility, while effectively avoiding violent attacks.

A metal oxide thin film transistor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The metal oxide thin film transistor is composed of a gate (1), an insulating layer (2), a transition layer (3), a semiconductor layer (4), a drain electrode (51) and a source electrode (52) that are subsequently connected together from down to up. The drain electrode (51) and the source electrode (52) are provided on the semiconductor layer (4). The transition layer (3) and the semiconductor layer (4) are prepared by a sputtering method. The oxygen content of the transition layer (3) is greater than a theoretical value when the transition layer (3) is prepared by controlling oxygen inlet quantity. The oxygen content of the semiconductor layer (4) is less than the theoretical value when the semiconductor layer (4) is prepared by controlling the oxygen inlet quantity. The transition layer and the semiconductor layer have better contact property, thus improving current carrier trap intensity between the transition layer and the semiconductor layer and increasing output current of the transistor and enhancing electrical stability of the transistor.

A phase-change non-destructive pipe expanding method for an inner finned pipe is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps : bending a copper heat exchange pipe (1) into U shape and removing greasy dirty and oxidized layer on the surface of the copper heat exchange pipe (1); sleeving an aluminum alloy fin group (2) on the copper heat exchange pipe (1) in series, welding all segments of the U-shaped copper heat exchange pipe (1) to obtain a loop, sealing the two ends of the loop, and vacumizing the inside of the loop and pouring a liquid working medium into the loop; and heating the copper heat exchange pipe loop to 250°C - 350°C and keeping the temperature for 10 - 30 minutes, generating a phase-change of the working medium to form an inner pressure which drives the outer diameter of the copper heat exchange pipe (1) to expand to generate plastic deformation and therefore be compactly bonded with a pipe hole (21) on an aluminum alloy fin group (2), further, the aluminum alloy fin group (2) is extruded and an elastic deformation is caused. The invention does not damage a finned groove structure of the inner wall of the copper heat exchange pipe (1), can obtain a thin wall and slim and tall gear, can effectively improve heat exchange efficiency, is particularly favorable for expansion of elongated pipes, ensures the whole process is pollution-free, green and environmental-friendly, and can be applied in the fields of building, heating, ventilation and refrigeration, microelectronic radiation and the like.
