Expression of CXCR4 in Breast Cancer Tissue Microarray and Its Clinical Significance

目的：检测趋化因子受体4（CXC chemokinereceptortype4,CXCR4）在各种乳腺癌组织及相应正常乳腺组织中的表达并分析其临床病理意义。方法组织芯片中标本收集于2010年5月—2014年9月，应用免疫组化法检测组织芯片中204例乳腺癌组织和36例正常乳腺组织CXCR4蛋白的表达，以棕色颗粒为阳性标准计算染色强度和阳性细胞占总细胞数的百分比进行半定量处理。结果 CXCR4蛋白主要表达于细胞膜和细胞浆，在相应正常乳腺组织、小叶原位癌、导管内原位癌和浸润性导管癌中的阳性表达率依次升高，分别为8.3%（3/36）、25.0%（1/4）、10.0%（5/50）、72.0%（108/150），4组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）；在I...

Objective To detect the expression of CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in various breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues and analyze its clinical pathological significance.
