Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of self--fat myringoplasties and temporalis myringoplasties under nasal endoscope, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of them. Method： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical information of 127 cases （139 ears） with self--fat myringoplasties and temporalis myringoplasties from Jun. 2002 to Jun. 2008, and observed healing conditions of different degree of tympanic perforation.
