目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者自我感受负担与疲劳感之间的关系，为临床减轻COPD患者的自我感受负担提供参考依据。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2021年11月至2022年4月湖南省衡阳市某三级甲等医院收治的204例COPD患者作为调查对象，采用一般资料调查表、曼切斯特COPD疲劳量表、自我感受负担量表进行数据收集，调查COPD患者疲劳感、自我感受负担现状，分析疲劳感对自我感受负担的效应。结果 共回收有效问卷200份，有效回收率为98.0%。调查对象疲劳感总分为（24.25±7.79）分，自我感受负担总分为（28.45±6.89）分，疲劳感与自我感受负担呈正相关（r=0.779,P＜0.001）。自我感受负担模型的校...
