提取人甲状腺肿瘤和肿瘤旁组织总RNA,经Northern印迹和逆转录聚合酶链反应(PCR)。结果显示:甲状腺肿瘤及瘤旁组织均有p~(53)基因表达,但前者基因的表达明显高于后者;甲状腺癌组织p~(53)基因的表达强于良性甲状腺腺瘤。提示,甲状腺肿瘤p~(53)基因表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度可能有关;甲状腺肿瘤的发生可能与p~(53)基因突变、p~(53)基因超表达与导致肿瘤组织细胞的异常增殖有关。

To determine whether p 53 gene transcripts were altered in thyroid tumor and adjacent tissues of thyroid tumor, total RNA from 12 tumor specimens (9 carcinomas and 3adenomas) and 4 adjacent tissues of thyroid tumor was exmined by Northern blot hybridization and reverse transcription——polymerase chain reaction.
