介绍创建学习型医院的内涵与要求，论述建设学习型医院与现代化医院的辩证关系，以南华大学附属第一医院图书馆为例，阐明创建学习型图书馆的创新思路，包括资源建设创新和服务内容创新，指出医院图书馆在创建学习型医院中发挥着重要的领航和支撑作用。
