随着脑机接口技术的更新迭代和不断发展，其在医疗健康领域正展现巨大的应用潜能。然而，治疗型脑机接口在给患者带来健康福音的同时，也带来了知情同意的难题，在充分告知、准确理解及自主决策等阶段都存在不同程度的困境。提高医患医学素养，提升医护伦理意识；完善法律法规，提供制度保障；健全监督机制，明确监管责任等，可在一定程度上应对治疗型脑机接口的知情同意难题。
