Study on TFP Measurement and Decomposition of Agricultural Productive Services in Hengyang City

文章以1995—2016年衡阳市以及湖南省其他13各地市数据为样本,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算衡阳市过去21年的农业生产性服务业的TFP值,并对其进行分解、比较和分析。结果表明:首先,衡阳市农业生产性服务业效率均处于适度增长的态势且高于湖南省平均水平;其次,衡阳市农业生产性服务业综合效率的提升,主要源自技术效率的改善,而非技术进步所致;最后从加大财政投入,改善技术效率和实施差异化政策等方面提出优化产业效率的路径。

Based on the data of Hengyang City and other 13 cities in Hunan Province from 1995 to 2016,this paper uses DEA Malmquist index method to calculate the TFP value of agricultural productive service industry in Hengyang City in the past 21 years,and decomposes,compares and analyzes it.The results show that:firstly,the efficiency of agricultural productive service industry in Hengyang City is in the trend of moderate growth and higher than the average level of Hunan Province;secondly,the improvement of the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural productive service industry in Hengyang City is mai...
