Research on Characteristics of Crew Communications Applying the State-oriented Procedure in Nuclear Power Plants

为研究核电厂状态导向法事故规程（state-oriented procedure,SOP）下数字化主控室操纵班组沟通特征,建立SOP班组成员沟通认知模型,收集沟通日志并编码、转录。采用模糊社会网络分析法（fuzzy social network analysis,FSNA）对主控室班组沟通结构和内容构建模糊网络,并对模糊网络进行模糊密度、中心度、中心势、间距中心度分析。结果表明:"询问"、"回复"沟通类型占据比例和重要度较高,且在多模式沟通链路中起到"连接"作用,"呼叫"、"建议"、"判断"、"声明"沟通类型占据比例相对较低;协调员在班组沟通结构中起到"桥梁"作用,全面协调任务;安全工程师处于"孤岛"位置,对班组沟通贡献相对较少。分析结...
