中国新型政党制度作为我国基本政治制度,是我国治理体系的重要政治架构,是中国特色社会主义民主政治制度的重要组成部分,是历史与人民的选择,是马克思主义政党理论与中国实际相结合的产物,具有党的领导和发扬民主相统一、协商民主与集中高效相统一、互相监督与团结和谐相统一的特色和优势。分析和研究中国新型政党制度的发展历程、理论基础和实践效果,认识和把握中国新型政党制度的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑,对新时代加强中国新型政党制度建设,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。
