针对现有密闭容器中物料料位监测装置存在透明法兰盘受密闭容器内多相物料的沾染造成透明法兰盘模糊不清,严重影响摄像头对密闭容器内的多相物料料位进行监测的问题,设计了一种带磁力驱动清洗装置的密闭容器多相物料料位监测装置,通过分析主要承力部件法兰盘的强度并进行了优化,确保了对监视窗口进行清洗的可靠性,为实现密闭容器内物料的实时和可持续监测奠定了基础.
