文章运用2004-2014年《中国城市统计年鉴》数据,以包含技术进步的柯布-道格拉斯函数为基础,选取地区专业化和多样化、产业结构合理化（泰尔熵）、产业高级化（第三与第二产业比重）作为产业结构的衡量指标,实证检验了衡阳市产业结构对经济效率的影响。结果显示:目前衡阳市经济增长主要依靠投资拉动;就动态外部性而言,专业化仍是推动衡阳市经济发展的主要原因;衡阳市的产业合理化和高级化程度均有待提升。因此应加强创新驱动、坚持发展工业和加快服务业发展。

In this paper, based on the Cobb-Douglas function including the technical progress, the relationship between industri- al structure and economic efficiency in Hengyang city is examined by selecting regional specialization and diversification, （Theil entro- py）, industry level （ the proportion of the third and the second industry） as a measure of industrial structure.
