澳门娱乐博彩场员工收取的小费是否构成报酬在社会上存在争议,文章从对法院判决的讨论入手,经过分析认为,此类小费应视为报酬,员工加班的补偿标准应按所有收入计算,并且讨论了司法的一些技术问题。
