The Relationship Between the Placenta and Serum Adiponectin Level in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病( GDM)产妇胎盘脂联素( APN)表达水平与血清脂联素、胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法选择2014年10月至2015年9月在本院分娩的30例GDM产妇作为研究组,随机抽取同时段分娩的正常产妇30例作为对照组。免疫组化法检测胎盘滋养层细胞APN表达水平,分析胎盘APN水平与胰岛素抵抗、血清APN水平、产前体重指数( BMI)、新生儿体重和身长的相关性。结果对照组胎盘滋养层细胞中可见细胞质、胞核或胞膜被染成棕黄色的阳性反应物,研究组阳性反应物的表达弱于对照组。定量分析显示,对照组APN的表达量为62.54±3.36,研究组APN的表达量为37.12±2.79,两组比较,差异有显著性( t＝8.496,P＝0.000)。胎...
