文章结合中外学者对隐性知识的研究成果,从重用性角度对个体隐性知识进行探讨,提出了隐性知识重用性的定义并试图研究隐性知识重用的影响因素及提高重用率的方法等,这对丰富隐性知识管理理论的完整性具有创新意义.
