The Impacts of Enterprise＇ s Knowledge Management Capabilities on Technological Innovation Performance

通过促进知识资源的有效利用，知识管理能力对于企业的技术创新绩效具有重要的影响。由于在知识管理过程中的功能和地位不同，不同的知识管理能力在提升企业技术创新绩效中的作用存在显著的差异。文章对这种差异进行了理论分析和实证检验。结果显示，知识管理能力对企业技术创新绩效的影响呈现结构性变化。知识转化，特别是知识应用能力不仅直接影响企业技术创新绩效，而且对其它能力的创新效应，具有显著的调节效应。
