集群化是产业发展的途径,竞合是集群发展的普遍规律。文章从横向和纵向两个维度分析衡阳市输变电产业集群中存在的企业竞合关系,以此为基础剖析其中存在的问题,从而提出了构建衡阳市输变电产业集群企业竞合关系的措施。
