目的 探讨乳腺肿块彩超图像特征分型与病理组织类型的关系.方法 回顾了897例乳腺肿块患者超声检查资料,将其声像图表现与病理结果进行对照分析.结果 乳腺肿块的彩超声像图特征改变有各自的分型,且各型病理结构各不相同.乳腺普查发现肿块者897例,其中良性肿块775例,占87%,多发生在20～40岁之间,以囊性增生,纤维瘤为多.恶性肿瘤122例,占13%,40～50岁之间发病率较高,以浸润性导管癌最多,其次是浸润性小叶癌.超声对乳腺肿块的检出率100%,诊断与病理符合率91%,误诊率9%.结论 彩超对乳腺肿块,特别是早期乳癌普查有肯定的诊断价值.

Objective To investigate the association between color doppler ultrasonic wave type and pathological tissues types in breast masses. Methods 897 patients with breast masses was reviewed to comparatively analyze color doppler ultrasonic data and pathohistologie studies. Results The changes of color doppler ultrasonic had their respective type and the structure of the pathology was various on breast masses.
