Discussion on Aiding Principles and Ways of Realization of Assessing National Grants for Poor Students in Universities

文章阐述了家庭经济困难学生国家助学金资助的公开、公平、公正、助困与教育原则,提出了实现该原则的四个意见和措施:广泛开展国家助学金政策的宣传工作;广泛开展大学生诚信教育工作;切实做好家庭经济困难学生的认定工作;切实做好国家助学金的评定工作.

The five principles of publicity,equality,justice,poverty aiding and education are put forward in the thesis.Also,four pieces of suggestions are illustrated： the dissemination of national grants policies,the education in honesty,the confirming of financial condition of poor students＇ families...
