目的 比较血塞通与维脑路通治疗糖尿病并发脑梗死的疗效及其机制. 方法 将164例糖尿病并发脑梗死患者随机分为血塞通组和维脑路通组.两组治疗前后均进行神经功能缺损程度评定以及血液流变学、纤维蛋白原和血清C反应蛋白水平的检测. 结果 两组治疗后血浆粘滞度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原及血清C反应蛋白水平均降低,但血塞通组的改善作用更为显著(P

Objective To compare clinical curative effect and analyze mechanism of sanqi panax notoginseng and venoruton treating diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods 164 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups, which respectively were treated with sanql panax notoginseng and venoruton.
