Clinical Significance of Serum ADA Detection in AIDS High- Risk Groups

目的 探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)临床诊断及疗效观察中的价值. 方法 应用全自动化学方法测定13例吸毒者、16例性病患者和7例艾滋病患者血清ADA活性. 结果 HIV感染者在血中检测出HIV抗体阳性之前,血清ADA活性就已经增高,在抗体转阳时达到最高值,以后维持较高活性水平. 结论 测定血清ADA活性可作为HIV感染者的临床诊断和治疗疗效观察的一个有效指标.

Objective By studying the serum ADA activities of people infected with HIV, the paper aims to study the applied value of clinical diagnosis and therapeutic effects. Methods Taking 13 cases of drug users, 16 cases of STD patients and 7 cases of AIDS patients as samples, the paper applies automatic operation to detect the serum ADA activities. Results Before being detected to be HIV antibody - positive, the serum ADA activities in HIV infected patients increase.
