对资源型城市而言,经济转型势在必行.在转型期,城市发展既面临许多机遇,也将遭遇产业转型、结构重组和资源环境等多方面的压力和问题.本文根据耒阳城市发展的历史与现状,分析了资源型城市经济转型的必要性;提出了转型期城市规划建设的目标;探讨了转型期城市规划建设可持续发展的有效措施.
