传统的管理体制是以企业和单位的利益为中心,一般没有从人性出发去设立制度。然而当代社会提倡和谐管理、人性化管理。文章通过总结管理理论中人性化管理的种种思路,提出自己的人性化的定义,继而分析在管理流程再造中人性化管理思想具体应用的思路。
