建筑工程质量成本分析与控制是对质量投资回报的具体衡量,是实现质量和成本统一的有效手段,本文根据质量成本的特点,提出了系统控制模型,并由此建立了质量成本控制的灰色马尔柯夫模型,编制了实施的计算机程序,为加强建筑工程质量成本的分析和优化控制提供了新的方法.

Analysis and control of building engineering＇s quality and cost is the exact calculation of quality and investment return. It is the effective measure to unite quality and cost.
