Objective To explore the acute toxic mechanism of methyl ternary butyl ether (MTBE), by detecting the change of the neumtransmitter γ- amino - butyric acid ( GABA ) and the activity of Na^+, K^+ - ATPase, Ca^2+- ATPase in the cerebellar cortex.
