分析了现有答疑系统的特点和不足,并在此基础上提出设计和开发具有智能性的答疑系统.在本系统中,采用客户/服务器模型,并引入人工智能中Agent的思想和XML,将学生、教师和教学资源有机地合理地结合起来,为学生创造一个具有个性化、智能化的远程教学学习环境.
