新闻法律关系是新闻法学的基本理论问题之一,但在学术界,人们对之缺乏系统、深入的研究.新闻法律关系与新闻社会关系既相联系又相区别,它是新闻法律规范调整新闻社会关系形成的权利义务关系.新闻法律关系又反映新闻法的特质,不同于其它法律关系.文章试从新闻法律关系的概念、类型、主体、内容和权利冲突救济诸方面阐释新闻法律关系的基本问题,尝试构建系统的新闻法律关系基本理论.
