新闻法的一般渊源是指新闻法效力的一般形式.中国新闻立法尚在酝酿之中.文章通过研究世界各国新闻传播法的诸种形式,尝试阐说新闻法的一般渊源,以期为我国新闻法渊源的立法选择提供资鉴.
