新闻法治是一项具体法治,它的最基础、最核心的因素是新闻自治.在法治系统内,新闻自治与新闻法治、法治处于互助共生、相互抑灭的耦合运动之中.法治下的政治、经济、文化、法则和职业生活基本环境为新闻自治提供生态支持,惟有融入法治生活的基本系统之中,新闻自治才能获得真实的生存样态.
