法律与道德、法治与道德建设的关系,是中国在依法治国建设过程中不容忽视、不能回避的问题,两者之间的关系处理得如何,是中国能否实现依法治国的关键.文章从法治推动道德建设的条件角度,深入分析了法律对道德原则、道德规范的包容、认同、提升和支持,并明确指出法律与道德本身的自洽互足、法治与道德建设内在品质的相互协调,是法治推进道德建设的保障与关键因素.
